17/01/2026: A restaurant overlooking the harbor with very friendly staff. Space between tables is a bit cramped. Service is quick and attentive, with waiters offering recommendations on the ciders available. The galettes are good, some better than others. I definitely recommend the leek one, and for dessert, the one with orange marmalade and Grand Marnier, truly excellent.

29/11/2025: A very warm welcome and excellent food! We were delighted to stop at this restaurant near the entrance to Saillans. We enjoyed a delicious duck breast with wonderful side dishes. Thank you to the team for their warm welcome! We highly recommend it!

30/11/2025: The food was excellent, and the portions were generous! Unfortunately, the waiter was very unpleasant, which won't bring us back! I would have appreciated at least some pepper... I understand that the sauce isn't available so as not to overpower the taste of the meat... but for those of us who are used to pepper on our meat, it's a shame at this price! Also, for the price, I would have appreciated a cloth tablecloth and napkin, not a cheap paper placemat like at a Chinese buffet! Despite this, the food is excellent, and meat lovers will be delighted!

26/10/2025: Another wonderful experience, the welcome is always warm. The meat and produce are exceptional. There's also a wine cellar with a wide selection of local wines. The family wine is so good. I highly recommend it, and thank you again to the team!

17/12/2025: My mother and I have been customers for a very long time. The team is lovely and very attentive. Chloé was able to adapt some of the usual deli recipes to our vegetarian diet, which made our day. This business deserves to thrive!

14/08/2025: A very pretty setting and very professional welcome and service, with perfect timing between courses. However, we were disappointed by the dishes, a little bland and nothing special or particularly well presented. We didn't understand the idea of the unpeeled carrot, just steamed, across the plate; a bit surprising, but not in a good way. The ice creams that accompany the desserts are very good, but swallowed in two spoonfuls because they're a small dumpling of ice cream. As for the starter, which included a "perfect egg," we had it on one plate but not on the other. We called the waitress for it, who pointed out a small speck of yolk, which was therefore "the perfect egg," but you had to wear your glasses! So for the 27 euro menu, the experience wasn't great, but I suppose it's better à la carte...or if I had known, I would have taken the 37 euro menu, which I therefore recommend.

06/08/2025: Very nice wine selection, with a focus on the wines made by the owner. The dining area will benefit a refresh, as it currently feels a little outdated. Service was friendly especially from the sommelier. The food was overall a disappointment, especially regarding the price. General feeling was a lack of flavours and some cooking wasn’t mastered. I will recommend this place only for drinks & small bites. A better glassware will be welcome especially when you open expensive bottles…

19/05/2025: Family cuisine, Brive city center, parking in front, the best. Really very good, it's been a long time since I've eaten such tender, tasty duck breast. Bravo ladies. We could even smell the peony bouquet brought back from the garden🌞🌞🤩🤩

I didn't feel obligated to eat quickly. Excellent value for money; I ate very well and was completely satisfied, paying a fair price.

20/06/2025: I have to say it was an overall good experience here. I ended up going for la formulaire. The salmon tartar was fresh. The aperol spritz was perfectly balanced. The atmosphere nice and a good place to sit on and enjoy a meal. The crème brûlée was fantastic as well.
