07/07/2025: Great 5 course dinner last night for a private party. The food was pretty tasty and plated nicely. I loved the sea bass. The cheese plate was ok. The chicken was pretty good.
05/07/2025: Excellent cuisine, friendly and attentive service... finally we found a place in Paris that had excellent non-alcoholic wine...
And definitely try Vol-Au-Vent, you will fall in love with this dish.)

03/12/2024: I was happy when i saw that this place was near after my visit to the Pompidou. After hours in the museum we were starving. I saw this place in social media, However the hype does not hold. I dont know if I arrived after shrinkflation but the price and size are not balanced. We ordered two lobster rolls, one with Cincinnati sauce and the other with the spicy one. The spicy was tastier. The truffle chips are also very unique and the homemade lemonade is a perfect complement. The brioche seemed recently made, very well balanced between crunchy and soft. Its a nice idea but I wouldn’t eat there again. What steeply decreases the score: tables to sit but no bathrooms.
02/12/2024: Small canteen to have in your pocket in the Marais. What to say? I tried the classic normal size Lobster Roll with its homemade mayo sauce and a Lobster Roll with its lemon butter. The price is high but worth it for the topping.
The toasted bread is ultra soft, with a very well seasoned topping. The homemade mayonnaise is very good and the lemon butter is just as good. The coleslaw is good and the vinegared chips are good: the vinegar is there and they are crispy!
The room is small but you can sit inside. A small terrace is also available. The service is fast and welcoming.
The sandwiches are available with other toppings (cheese, melt, etc.)
I recommend the classic!

21/10/2024: Bonito restaurante clásico en Château Étoges. Muy buen y atento servicio. Muy bien presentado y platos muy sabrosos. Sería bueno estar cerca del Spa en la habitación principal cuando entras en el restaurante para no oler el Spa.

01/12/2024: J'ai choisi le restaurant les mouettes pour inviter mes collègues à l'occasion de mon départ en retraite. je n'ai eu que de très bons retours de ce déjeuner. La formule cocktail salé/sucré a contenté tous les appétits et bien sûr la vue a enchanté tout le monde. Le service était discret et sympathique.

22/10/2023: Honestly, nothing to say. Booking 2 nights for a romantic weekend, the boss carried out the request I had made to him in terms of room decoration. The restaurant is great, we ate very well there. Good and delicious. The staff is attentive, friendly, welcoming....

La Patronne Sophie nous quand même permis de déjeuner.
C était copieux fin et délicieux.
Nous recommandons sans reserves pour un déjeuner en famille ou entre collègues.
Très bon rapport qualité prix.
