10/12/2025: The meat isn't as good as it used to be…! The flank steak was sirloin-tender. The burger was tasteless and cold, and the fries were frozen cold. Really disappointed!

09/12/2025: Well located in Bercy Village, but disappointed by the quality of my €24.00 hanger steak 😕, the hippo steak was much better and significantly cheaper, and the green beans were inedible... On the other hand, the waitress was pleasant 😊

09/12/2025: Nice place to visit. Large parking area and very easy access. However, be careful near the edge, especially with children.

18/01/2026: We went there several times with colleagues to eat and we were always happy! Good service and a friendly, welcoming staff. The only thing that bothered us a little was the low temperature inside, so we had to keep our coats on each time. Otherwise, everything else was great.

25/06/2025: The food is wonderful, original and gastronomic. The place is small, simple and clean. The lady in service is very kind, happy and very competent. Although the waiting times for dishes in France differ from other countries e.g. in Greece, America etc., here one more person is definitely needed in the kitchen to help the excellent chef prepare the dishes faster. Finally, on hot days the ventilation is not enough, and an air condition would help the atmosphere.

11/06/2025: We were wandering around Dijon by chance when a delicious smell stopped us dead in our tracks in front of So Restaurant. We looked at each other and said: we absolutely have to go there. As a result, we booked a table for the next day—and we were right to do so. The cuisine is simply extraordinary: a refined French base, enhanced by perfectly balanced Japanese touches. Each dish is a true discovery. A memorable culinary experience. Not to be missed!

17/12/2025: We arrived late for lunch (almost 2 PM) and were still welcomed, which is quite rare at that hour. The salmon and fries were really good (there was hardly any wait) and the staff were welcoming and smiling. Special mention for the chocolate ice cream, which was a real treat! We'll definitely be back on our next visit; I highly recommend this restaurant!

16/12/2025: A very rude person. I was waiting for my train and had a drink, and she told me to leave, but the smell wasn't right. I was supposed to eat, but I didn't. I advise you to avoid this place. It's empty.

03/12/2025: While strolling along the Saint Aubin sur Mer seafront, I stopped at Charleston for crepes and ice cream. It was a very bad experience. Run by unsupervised young people, the crepes I ordered were cold and tasted like cardboard. As for the After Eight ice cream, it was inedible: two small scoops of mint chocolate (not even good quality ice cream) drowned in Jet 27 for €9. This is nothing like two scoops of mint chocolate with a little chocolate sauce and a splash of Jet 27, served in a glass with a straw and a long spoon – it makes all the difference. In short, a very bad experience, avoid it! However, if you're looking for a good treat, I recommend walking a little further to La Tourelle ice cream parlor, which offers crepes, ice cream, and pastries. A delight!

11/11/2025: Honestly, it's very good. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is just okay. I think it deserves a bit more. The staff are very friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

15/12/2025: Nice place with a pleasant waterside location. Plenty of outside covered seating to enjoy the boats pottering about, there is some indoor seating as well. Despite being overcast and damp we sat outside. Good selection of crepes, both savoury and sweet and they were well cooked. Staff were friendly, service was good and food was lovely. Overall a very nice lunch.

17/11/2025: We had a wonderful evening at the L’Hippodrome restaurant in Marcq-en-Barœul: a delicious meal, a warm welcome, top-notch service, and we were lucky enough to have a race on that day! Magnificent view of the tracks and the option to bet directly from the dining room. A truly great experience, we'll definitely be back! 😊

18/10/2025: Pleasant restaurant in the setting of the racecourse. Friendly service. As for the food, it was very average. The wild sea bream in a ballotine was too dry. The wild boar was super dry and unpleasant on the palate. We do better at home. It's very disappointing for a restaurant of this standing. Even at 137, it's simpler, it's cheaper, and the food is better. The dessert enhanced the quality of the meal. It's beautiful, but it's not good. Try to improve. See you soon.

16/12/2024: The service needs to be reviewed when “hello” is not appropriate from a young, tall, thin waiter. A welcome that is not warm, bordering on disturbing for a coffee? I will never set foot here again.

16/12/2024: Absolutely terrible service. The dark-haired waiter, thin and beardless, was unbearably arrogant from start to finish. Not a smile, obvious contempt for customers, and an execrable tone that makes you want to leave immediately. How can such an incompetent and unpleasant person be allowed to work in contact with customers? A shame for the establishment. To flee while he is there.
