17/02/2026: We went there for lunch and it was a fantastic find! Located in the middle of an industrial area, we weren't expecting such high quality. The owner's welcome is warm, friendly, and full of humor—you immediately feel at ease. The food is 100% homemade, simple yet delicious, and changes daily to guarantee freshness and variety. I opted for the daily special: a generous portion, perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and served quickly (ideal when you only have an hour). The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is impeccable. The value for money is simply unbeatable for homemade dishes like this! Reservations are recommended as the place is very popular—and it's easy to see why.

05/03/2026: A very pleasant surprise at La Bonne Franquette. There were four of us adults in training in La Couronne, and we had little time for lunch. The service was quick and very professional. For €16, we had a choice of two starters, two main courses, and two desserts: a simple, tasty, and satisfying meal. Special mention to the waitress, who was very professional, smiling, and pleasant. Don't necessarily rely on negative reviews; the best way to judge is to come and see for yourself. We will gladly return.

28/02/2026: Another great time spent here. The €16 set menu offers a simple but tasty meal. It's not haute cuisine, but at that price, you get your money's worth. Plus, the servers are very welcoming and the service is quite fast.

09/03/2026: It's always disappointing to see a place you used to enjoy decline in quality. Going from a "significantly better" establishment to an experience where the kebabs are tough, etc., and the service is mediocre is frustrating, especially when the bill arrives. 25/03/2026: What a wonderful time we had! The food was delicious, hearty, and convivial—a true bistro experience. And at an affordable price. We came as a couple and were seated with four other people and another couple, which allowed us to chat and talk throughout the meal. We joined the other couple (Pascal and Flavie from the North, if you're reading this 😉) in creating a lively atmosphere that day, along with Kelly, who was our host for lunch. Thank you, Kelly! Your joy, good humor, and lively banter delighted us and made our day much more enjoyable. Thanks again for the little pear, which brought the two couples staying in the restaurant even closer together, leading to a string of pears afterward. 🥂😂🤪 I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

22/03/2026: A lovely inn, lovingly furnished and maintained by the owner. Delicious food, friendly service, and a welcoming, family atmosphere. If you're looking for great value for money, this is the place to go. Typical Alsatian cuisine and other tasty dishes.

22/03/2026: Yesterday, Saturday, was my 10th visit. Up until now, I'd tolerated the "oddities" of the house rules because the food was okay. BUT, that's it: Having to queue to pay because the owner doesn't trust his staff, not knowing where the tips go... the fact that some dishes are excellent and others below average... all strange but acceptable. Yesterday (March 21, 2026), however, we encountered an outrage that no guest should have to put up with: They were supposed to open at 12:00, but we arrived at 12:15. The place was already quite busy, and some people had even received their food! All the guests were crammed together in the area to the left of the door, where there were only three tables for six people free. We were shown to a table far away from everyone else, separated by room dividers, furniture, etc. – in short, the "cat table." When we declined their offer (there were still 20 tables free and the terrace was unused), they became unpleasant... they said we couldn't expect anything with only 3 people... etc. I should add that we ate there 6-8 times last year and spent an average of €120-150 with several people. Here, the restaurant isn't there for the customer; it's the customer for the owner, who is responsible for these strange behaviors! NEVER AGAIN!

18/02/2026: We came on Monday, February 16, 2026, at lunchtime. We received a warm welcome. We ordered mussels in curry sauce, and honestly, they were very good! The curry sauce was excellent, the mussels were delicious, and the fries were good too. The only slight downside was the €1 charge for fries, as mussels always come with fries as a main course, so we didn't quite understand the extra €1. The ice cream was very good. Homemade whipped cream would have been a nice touch, but it was still good. The service was impeccable. No complaints whatsoever.

15/02/2026: We usually have lunch there when we come to Quiberon. It's a good restaurant. But unfortunately, it's been closed several times now, even though there's no mention of it on social media or their answering machine! Please update your information; it's helpful for your customers!

26/11/2025: We were very satisfied, but that was before. Today, what a disappointment! The welcome, the food, the service—nothing was right. Two out of four dishes were lukewarm, and the fries were soggy and greasy, and the portion was rationed. The main courses, served at breakneck speed no doubt, were brought in at the same time as the aperitif. The management's welcome and communication were extremely unpleasant. I now understand why the competent staff left.

27/02/2026: A superb spot in the historic district. On the day of our arrival, we simply had an excellent "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee). The next day, while strolling around, we discovered they also served hot dishes and booked a table for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed quenelles topped with Nantua sauce, followed by delicious chocolate profiteroles. As an added bonus, the setting is very cozy, and the staff is smiling and very welcoming—it was pure bliss.
