12/09/2026: The food was refined and high-quality, beautifully presented. However, the welcome and service were lukewarm and not up to the standard of the establishment and the prices on the menu (€4.40 for a coffee!). In conclusion, we were satisfied with the meal, but the service didn't make us want to return.

26/04/2026: I was only at the restaurant. The setting was magnificent, with a breathtaking view of the lovely priory bay and decor that perfectly complemented the natural surroundings. Such a setting invites tranquility, which the somewhat rushed and, for some, insensitive service prevented from being fully appreciated. I should clarify, however, that this observation doesn't apply to all the staff. But indeed, no one needs to empty the bottle of champagne before the starter, and it's a shame to have to repeat this without noticing a certain irritation with the service. The simplest solution would be to let customers serve themselves, if they request it or demonstrate it. The cheese service was also a bit rushed. This is somewhat of a shame considering the quality of the dishes, which seemed to be a tribute to the beauty of the landscape, with a special mention for the leek, in my opinion. I would also suggest a menu more suited to the developing palates of our children. In any case, despite some early-season adjustments, the evening was good.

20/06/2026: ★★★★★ We absolutely loved our stay at Hôtel Cala di Sole. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and impeccably clean. The view over the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Îles Sanguinaires was simply spectacular and made every morning and evening special. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s private beach, which was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and a lovely setting, and we also had several dinners at the hotel which were delicious and very enjoyable. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and we particularly appreciated the exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel. The location on the Route des Sanguinaires is perfect for exploring Ajaccio while enjoying a peaceful seaside setting. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Hôtel Cala di Sole to anyone visiting Corsica.

21/08/2026: An unpretentious place with very, very good food. I highly recommend it. The entrecote is the daily special. The meat is good, tender, and well-cooked, and the fries are good and crispy. The desserts are also delicious. A place frequented by locals, with fair prices and not a tourist trap. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive to the dishes. In short, I recommend it to everyone.

19/09/2026: We came for the first time this Friday evening. A warm welcome, simple yet delicious starters, and a ribeye steak... a delight! Our only minor complaints: no cocktails on the menu and the Loire wine served at room temperature. But it's a very good place and we'll be back.

20/08/2026: Behind an unassuming facade lies this pleasant restaurant offering semi-gastronomic cuisine. The menu is appealing, featuring seasonal produce. However, the prices are high; expect to pay between €40 and €50 per person for a starter, main course, and dessert. The quality of the food is undeniable—refined and original, in addition to being beautifully presented. I always recommend this restaurant!

07/08/2026: We knew this place before Covid; the beef fillet was between 4.5 and 5 cm. We went there in August, and the fillet was 15 mm thick. It was cooked medium (pink), even though we ordered it rare. The sauce wasn't homemade, and we had heartburn. There's a lack of staff, and it's impossible to satisfy customers under these conditions.
