11/07/2026: We tried this restaurant during a stopover in Montluçon; eight of us arrived without a reservation. The welcome was impeccable and the service very friendly. The food was excellent, the cuisine carefully prepared, the menu varied, and everyone found something they liked. Highly recommended.

27/04/2026: The restaurant is pleasant, and the service is good too. We ordered the beef carpaccio and the grilled salmon. Overall, we were disappointed with our meals. The salmon with noodles was very basic, something you could easily eat at home. The meat in the carpaccio was good, but there was far too much Parmesan cheese, making it cloying. We also felt the prices were high for what we were served.

28/04/2026: We discovered this restaurant thanks to Google reviews and we weren't disappointed. We opted for the €49 set menu on a Tuesday evening; be aware that reservations are essential. The flavors were spot on. The sea bass fillet was superb, served with parsnip purée, herbs, and herb oil—a well-thought-out and balanced combination. A glass of wine ranged from €9 to €13. The service was attentive. The setting under a glass roof is chic but not stuffy, with a decor full of originality—kudos! A restaurant true to its modern and creative cuisine. Don't hesitate to stop by; the value for money is excellent.

The pear and chocolate tart was a true marvel, as was the pine nut caramel tart. Bravo, because in addition to the delicious food, the service was exceptionally kind! It's a shame this gem is so far from us!

We opted for the half-board option, and the cuisine was excellent and varied—a real treat! For a future stay on Belle-Île-en-Mer, I will definitely return to this charming hotel. Mr. Quentin
