We were there a year ago and where days were so welcoming

Clean and well-equipped room and hotel with smiling and friendly staff. Good breakfast and spacious room.
The exterior soundproofing is OK, however, the interior soundproofing on the corridor is non-existent, so it was noisy with young children nearby.

Camembert rôti insipide
Pièce de bœuf trop cuite bien que demandée saignante et immangeable. La serveuse adorable l’a repris et changé : la qualité du nouveau steak était à peine mieux.

20/09/2024: My raviolis were not cooked, at €12 for 6 raviolis, it’s a lot to pay. The servers are not very friendly or very responsive, and the managers clearly do not have the commercial flair.
03/09/2024: Friendly atmosphere and the servers are quite pleasant. But after asking for the same thing 3 times and not getting it, I find it a shame.

Once is not customary, this is what the cuisine that the Chef offered me today gave me.
So much attention paid by all the protagonists of this exceptional moment.
From refined appetizers to give the brigade time to orchestrate its score, to flavors enhanced by the talent of the artists who work in the ovens, everything is a wonder for the senses.
The visuals have nothing to envy of the flavors delivered by the dishes, each more elaborate than the last.
A denominator links the progress of your meal:
Generosity with a capital “G”.
The attention to detail extends to the concern of offering your guest the "sparkling" which will pair wonderfully with the poached plums and their farandole of ice cream and homemade whipped cream, covered with shards of simply exceptional meringue.
Thank you very much for this suspended, magical moment so full of this desire to give “pleasure”.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce restaurant, le cadre est incroyable, la nourriture et +++ pour l’accueil.
22/09/2024: Un accueil téléphonique très cordial.
Une carte simple , mais, avec des produits de qualité.
Florent, est très chaleureux, énergique et donne d'excellents conseils sur les plats et la Corse pour les lieux à visiter ou non.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. La note est largement mérité.
Excellent, établissement à recommander.

19/09/2024: A la découverte des spécialités basques. En premier lieu de très bons conseils et explications. Les ris de veau sont bien cuisinés a agrémenter d'une poêlée de cèpes. Les cotes d'agneau tendres et bien cuites. Reste les déserts...le Russe et la crème brûlée..un délice.

17/08/2024: Threatening weather, we were the only crazy people who wanted to eat outside! Table set up for us outside, top service, very friendly waitresses. We enjoyed both the flank steaks and the Savoyard fondue. Thanks again 😊

09/08/2024: Arriving somewhat by chance in this restaurant is frankly not disappointing, it's been a long time since I paid so little for two of us to eat at the restaurant with an excellent daily menu and a burger (not cooked enough but it's okay). Large quantities, half a red, and a dessert for 2, for 35 euros. The pizza looked good, we would love to try it.
