16/01/2026: We had a great meal, exactly what you'd expect from a roadside diner. The full menu is really inexpensive... if you don't feel like cooking, go for it, you won't be disappointed. The staff is very friendly, quick, and efficient, with no waiting. Plus, it's a charming place.

06/01/2026: A very pleasant surprise 😲 My first stop at this restaurant, a very warm welcome, a smiling and very professional waitress, friendly, a €16 all-inclusive menu with a choice of dishes from the menu, I thoroughly enjoyed it, no waiting in a cozy room with a wood-burning stove, small salads 🥗 bar but you can find something to your liking, well-presented and very generous dishes, cheese platters 🧀 and a dessert display case with a multitude of choices and coffee, €32 for 2 with drinks included, bravo, I will be back! 🫠

23/12/2025: We arrived as a group of five around 1 p.m. to a restaurant already quite full, but they welcomed us warmly. While some dishes are pricey, they're not excessive! We enjoyed our meal. The only downside was the lack of snacks for our aperitif (we were enjoying champagne, cocktails, and children at the table). The servers were attentive, and the mayonnaise was homemade!

20/10/2025: We were here as a couple in love in 2007 and returned as a family in October 2025! In the meantime, the chef has voluntarily given up his two stars, doesn't read social media reviews, and now cooks purely out of passion for his guests. A great attitude! We let Monsieur Rabanel decide what we should eat. It was totally exciting and we enjoyed it immensely. We had several courses for 95 euros. Among other dishes, there was fish, mussels with vegetables and chorizo ​​(we've never experienced such a combination before), vegetarian dishes with a combination of mushrooms and scallops on fennel wood, Camargue bull fillet (Taurreau), and finally, Pavlova with pear. We had an excellent meal, the staff was friendly, and the wine selection was good, even served by the glass. Oh well, maybe the chef will read our review after all... he so deserves it. Well, he checks the guest book every day, that's what counts! Best regards and bonne continuation 🫶

The service was fast, great value for money for a restaurant at the foot of the resorts. The staff is so kind and friendly, given the number of place settings that had to be served, they delivered, well done! Many thanks for this little moment ☀️

The dishes were delicious and refined, easily rivaling expensive fine dining establishments. You can taste the genuine attention to detail in their preparation, a guarantee of exceptional quality. This restaurant truly deserves to be known and recognized. So thank you for your warm welcome and for the pleasure you gave us during this superb lunch!

10/10/2025: The bed was okay, and the breakfast was excellent. We did have a very small room, though. The charging stations in the public parking lot weren't working, which was a real shame. We did get a good tip for charging stations nearby, though. The staff were friendly.

23/11/2025: Lunch at the bistro was very good and the service was friendly. The spa afterwards and the massage were very well done.

23/11/2025: Hello, We were given this spa package (hammam and pool) as a gift, but unfortunately the pool wasn't warm. Then, while we were in the hammam, a young woman came in to take a shower without a swimsuit, her breasts exposed. An employee who came to collect towels didn't say anything to her. This is quite awkward, as there are almost only couples there; it's provocative and we were very shocked. On the other hand, we had a good dinner.

02/02/2026: Stopped by the bar at Le Fitz Roy for a drink after walking past, and it was a lovely surprise. There’s a cosy fireplace in the middle of the bar which creates a really warm, inviting feel, and there was a fantastic live singer on at the time which added to the atmosphere. The service was great — one gentleman in particular made us feel very welcome, offering complimentary snacks and water as soon as we sat down, which was a really nice touch. A relaxed, chilled atmosphere and a great place to stop for a drink. Would happily return.

16/10/2025: My cousin Yves, a local from Saint-Paul-de-Salers, invited me to dinner at this restaurant, which I hadn't heard of. What a mistake! Although I regularly visit the area, I'd never stopped there. We had a wonderful evening. A warm welcome, a menu well-suited to both local and tourist clientele, and very reasonable prices. High-quality products and very well-prepared food. I highly recommend this restaurant.
