23/09/2024: Nothing wrong with the meal (although my wife would disagree as she didn't like it). However, for all of the detailed descriptions of the ingredients of each course, nothing tasted like the depth of flavours you would expect considering all of the preparation/ingredients that went into it. Lovely friendly service.

10/09/2024: Simon surprises us with a lovely foie gras with a consommé. It brings a lot of taste to the dish. We continued with cassoulet: the typical dish prepared with great produce and a lot of savoir faire. We loved the atmosphere and the conversation.

26/01/2025: Friendly atmosphere with carefull staff. Food is very tasty and prices are very fair. Already ate 2 times during our trip in Paris. Will be back for sure

18/08/2024: Simple and comfortable hotel but the restaurant is absolutely magnificent. Refined and creative cuisine served by a great team in the shaded patio. A well-deserved Michelin star for Chef Olivier Samin. The wine list is superb and the local products excellent.

04/08/2024: Le menu homard dégusté en ce mois d’août est extraordinaire et vaut vraiment le détour. Tout y est: l’équilibre des saveurs des textures la maîtrise parfaite des cuissons d’un produit nobles et exigeant et un dessert à l’abricot en apothéose. Bref du grand art !

10/09/2024: Le Galion c’est une adresse incontournable lors d’une visite dans le Cap Corse, une cuisine simple mais efficace avec bon rapport qualité prix. Une bonne partie de la clientèle est locale ce qui est plutôt bon signe. Des soirées Corses sont organisées occasionnellement ce qui est très appréciable. Nous étions surpris de voir l’avis de Guylène ci-dessous mais en parlant avec le personnel nous comprenons que celui-ci est insensé puisqu’il s’agit d’une voisine aigrie fraîchement arrivée dans le village qui ne supporte rien, pas même sa propre personnalité mais elle préfère mettre des avis négatifs et se cacher derrière son écran plutôt que de venir s’expliquer. Cela en dit long sur le personnage manifestement connu dans le village et pas que… Pour notre part, nous habitons pas loin et sommes très heureux d’y venir régulièrement. N’hésitez pas à vous y arrêter et vous pourrez juger par vous même.

07/09/2024: Très bon restaurant situé proche de la mer. Accueil agréable, service efficace, plats bons et copieux. Le tout a des tarifs abordables. Je recommande.
