18/07/2025: We liked the decor and how unique the place was. And the dishes looked delicious. It didn't disappoint. The food was delicious and well-prepared. And the service was attentive and friendly at all times. In short, it was a great value for money. Highly recommended!

20/12/2025: We came for a relaxed business lunch. The location is ideal, overlooking the Tarn River. The atmosphere is very cozy and chic; we felt right at home. The dishes are beautifully presented and fresh, featuring seasonal ingredients, especially fish. The service is excellent, with thoughtful touches. From appetizer to dessert, we were delighted with the food; it was flavorful, well-accompanied, and above all, delicious. In short, the price, location, and service make it well worth the trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience; I highly recommend it.

30/09/2025: We were on a road trip and passed through Moissac. The restaurant is located in an old mill. We had the market menu. Well prepared and well presented. Good decoration and very nice views over the river. Good service

06/11/2025: A rustic ambiance, consistently high-quality food, and exceptional service make this restaurant a truly special place. Meal announcements are made at the table, without a menu. Much has been written about the frog legs, and they simply remain unsurpassed! The other great classic, the poussin, is also always excellent. Something would be missing without Jean-Claude.

03/11/2025: Nothing has changed here in the last 40 years…and that's a good thing. There's no room for pretension here; things are down-to-earth, which hasn't diminished the quality for decades. Friendly service with a heart of gold. Frog legs and manure scraper, just the way they should be.

16/10/2025: Went for lunch last week and it seemed all ok, food and service included, but the day after checking i sow I was credited 26 € instead of 20,6 €. Called twice and they pretend to not speak english. Wrote a mail, no feedback so far. Pay attention, and double check the payment receipt!

02/11/2025: This was the Welcome Hotel in Villefranche sur Mer... stopped in as the wine bar we wanted to go to was closed. This turned out great with nice views

19/10/2025: A place where it's good to take your time. For me, it's more in the morning after breakfast for the Welcome guests. As for the food, I can't answer because we can't call it a kitchen; it's not a restaurant. However, you can have a cheese or charcuterie board with your drink.

15/01/2026: Despite the delicious and sophisticated cuisine, the service didn't live up to our previous experiences at this restaurant. The servers were drinking their beer at the bar, pretending they'd run out of an appetizer we'd ordered, only to serve it to themselves in the middle of service, right there on a table in the middle of the dining room… while there were still plenty of customers. I've never seen anything like it; I always thought the customer was king! 😂

22/09/2025: Very good grilled cuttlefish, straight from the sea and not from the freezer after a few tapas. Friendly atmosphere and very good value for money.

30/08/2025: Great discovery, this restaurant located right next to the Jardin des Plantes offers very good dishes. The lamb chops and the entrecôte were very good!! The ice creams too 🤩
