15/05/2026: A really nice place, the rooms are great, the bar and restaurant are very welcoming and the staff are all very friendly.

06/03/2026: A very nice hotel in a beautiful village. We slept in a room with bunk beds, which wasn't very practical if you get up during the night. The bathroom was okay, except for the sink, which was too big to wash your face with because the faucet was too large. And the room was very small; it's really just for sleeping, a dormitory. We ate at the restaurant, which was a bit pricey for what it was, but acceptable. The real downside was at breakfast. You have the choice between the €15 buffet or a coffee or something else from the menu. My husband and I don't eat breakfast, but my daughter wanted to have breakfast at the buffet. The woman made it clear that if we didn't choose the buffet, we would have to stay on the other side of the room and leave my 12-year-old daughter to fend for herself in case we tried to steal a croissant. I found that very inappropriate. Apart from that, the rest of the staff was very good.

26/04/2026: A clean and quiet place despite its proximity to the road, a truly relaxing experience. I had my bachelorette party there; there were five of us, and it was absolutely fantastic. The little jacuzzi was super cute, and they offered cold drinks or even coffee, but the highlight was the relaxing time in Lyly's hands. She was very professional, gentle, attentive, funny, and so much more! 😊 I highly recommend going without hesitation, and don't hesitate to ask for Lyly for a wonderful massage! 😊 A huge thank you again for the warm welcome and this amazing time.

18/05/2026: Christophe, the new owner, and his team welcomed our group of 65 people with immense kindness and attentiveness. The excellent meal was served promptly. The ingredients were fresh, local, and expertly prepared. The setting is magnificent, and we truly had a wonderful time to end this long weekend at the annual gathering of the Frégate Club de France. 04/05/2026: Passing through Cusset, we ordered the daily special. Veal chop, ratatouille, Norman apple tart, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream—very good! However, the veal chop was a bit overcooked, perhaps even reheated, and not very thick, which made it tough. The server was very good.

29/04/2026: Here you can enjoy excellent Salers or Aubrac beef, cooked to perfection and served with real fries and ratatouille. A very good selection of wines by the glass. A very warm welcome and excellent service. The price is quite reasonable for the quality. Terrace or indoor seating available.

26/12/2025: An exceptional place. Hearty, home-style cooking in a family-run establishment. The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend her cassoulet, made by her mother—it's delicious (it takes about 30 minutes to get it right). A truly exceptional inn.

The flavors of the dishes, the combinations of seasonal ingredients, are just right and delicate, and the little sweet treats served with coffee are perfect. 31/01/2026: Warning! We went there at lunchtime today only to find it closed. There's no information on their website, yet Google shows it as open. After searching online, we discovered the restaurant went into liquidation at the beginning of January.

06/01/2026: Thank you for notifying us of the closures. We drove through the snow only to be surprised by your closure notice, which was displayed as open. It was a risk for nothing, and there was no follow-up. We are disappointed by the lack of communication with our customers.
