13/05/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised. They offered two options: a French menu and an Indian menu (the owner is Indian). We chose the Indian menu, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was very friendly and the prices very reasonable. So don't hesitate to stop by.

02/05/2026: Looking for an alternative to the local andouillette sausage, we stumbled upon this place. The owner rightly promotes the quality of his Indian cuisine, and indeed, the food is very good. The ginger cocktail was very refreshing.

17/05/2026: We arrived on the evening of Assumption Sunday and were extremely disappointed. After ordering our burgers, we were told the meat needed to be cooked well-done due to quality issues and a stock shortage. We asked to change our order, but it was clearly too late. The burgers were very small, with no salad, no tomato inside, and no sauce for the fries. The fries were cold. The waiter had to come back after the sauces were forgotten. We asked for a carafe of water, which never arrived. We ordered dessert, and again, they were out of stock. Yet, when the bill arrived, there was no gesture of goodwill. 👀 As an added bonus, the waiter was arguing with a kitchen staff member…

16/05/2026: A very warm welcome at La Boucherie in La Roche-sur-Yon, friendly staff and excellent food! However, a thought for staff safety: going down to the cellar without lights to retrieve the bottles turns every service into a real challenge 😅🍷

09/04/2026: The young lady who looked after us was certainly the owner. She gave us a very warm welcome. However, a young man, around thirty years old, was completely unmotivated to work, unfriendly, and not very smiley. We had chosen a hotel with an elevator specifically because of our minor health issues. It was out of order. Unfortunately, these things happen, but to make matters worse, the TV wasn't working either. So, this was more of a mediocre establishment, more like a two-star than a three-star.

30/03/2026: Very comfortable bedding, generous breakfast, and meals excellent value for money. We received a very warm welcome from the woman who greeted us and prepared breakfast.

28/11/2025: A country inn where we had a wonderful time. Generous and excellent cuisine. Friendly and professional service.

10/11/2025: For my 70th birthday, I used the inn's catering service. All my guests were delighted by the excellence of the dishes: foie gras as good as anything from the Southwest (bravo!), poached eggs with Cîteaux and Epoisses cream (a delight!), and beef cheek in red wine with its garnish (a hearty and flavorful meal!). Many thanks to the chef for preparing such a wonderful celebratory meal, and also to his wife for her warm welcome. Bernard Livet

17/02/2026: The restaurant was full for a Saturday lunchtime, which is a good sign. The food was simple but very good. The service was impeccable.

02/05/2026: Great place. The meal was delicious. The waitress was very kind and efficient. We only had one small complaint: we were given a menu item from a card that clearly included mussels (which weren't on our card). This doesn't detract from the overall quality of the restaurant.

13/04/2026: A wonderful surprise! Passing through Granville, we were looking for a place to have lunch with our baby. We received a very warm welcome, even without a reservation and with a stroller! 10/05/2026: A delicious couscous, generously served, the vegetables were perfectly cooked and the meat was excellent. The tripe and trotters were also superb! The owner is discreet and extremely kind, and the terrace is very pleasant.
