10/06/2025: Fantastic food, service and vibe. Dint miss it.

03/04/2025: First restaurant tested in Marseille and a good experience! I chose the 2 choices and 1 dessert formula. The mushroom and almond soup was very good and mild, and the rice with chickpea omelette and fried onions was simple but effective. The coconut blancmange with caramel (vegan) was fresh and not too sweet. I found the service very fast despite the crowds.

14/11/2025: This is our second stay at the donkey station and we will definitely be back! The owners are super friendly, the dinner was very good and the rooms are pleasant in a calm and wild environment.

23/12/2025: Excellently located near the St-Brieuc train station, this restaurant is very affordable and uses fresh ingredients. The owner is very organized, helpful, and attentive to every customer. The water carafe was always full. I ordered a savory tart and a Reinette apple for dessert—an excellent choice, by the way—along with cider. The desserts were a hit with everyone; thank you to the chef! Note that reservations are essential if you wish to dine here. Without a reservation, you may be refused entry.

13/03/2026: A delight, as always. I've been going to this restaurant for almost 10 years; it's run by a lovely couple. The seafood is incredibly fresh, straight from the stall to the plate. The daily special is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant (special mention for the sauces), with unbeatable value for money. A winning combination of quality, longevity, and friendliness. Thank you for delighting the taste buds of our valley! 🙂

15/12/2024: A perfect place for a winter brunch. The Christmas atmosphere and all these plants give the room a cozy atmosphere. The food was also excellent!

15/12/2024: We couldn't wait to discover this much-vaunted place. We came for brunch. The plates are not very garnished unlike the photos I saw online... sweet plate with 1/2 teaspoon of granola, 1/2 teaspoon of cottage cheese or yogurt and a slice of chestnut cake and a very small portion of memory compote…. Cold savory plate too bad because the cold fried potatoes are not extraordinary but we nevertheless had a good time. So slight frustration but we will come back for a second attempt because it may have been an end of service or an “off” day….

14/04/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were absolutely thrilled with our visit to the Simbach Mühle restaurant near the French border, close to Saarbrücken! Even upon arrival, the large, easy-to-use parking lot is a real plus – especially with children. The atmosphere is wonderful: cozy, relaxed, and designed with great attention to detail. You immediately feel at home. We would particularly like to highlight the child-friendliness – families are truly welcome here, and it shows. The food was consistently excellent: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Exactly as you would hope. Another real highlight is the owner – incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm. You can tell that he works with passion. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

27/04/2026: We stayed 3 nights at the villa; we were practically the only guests, a pleasant stay. No pool service (a shame). The meals at the restaurant were very good, even excellent. The staff were very good. But overall, not exceptional. Thank you.

05/04/2026: A wonderful discovery, a far cry from impersonal bars. We stepped into a unique world. A friendly, relaxed atmosphere with a manager who makes you feel right at home. Great cocktails, well-made and inexpensive. An impromptu dance floor and a variety of music. Highly recommended.

20/04/2026: I especially liked the Backstage area, but several entities can share a time slot, which can lead to inconvenience when you are asked to leave the area for the next event, despite having a glass of 7Up costing over €6.
