08/11/2025: A truly wonderful discovery!
From the service to the food, everything was perfect: hot, authentic Corsican dishes, all homemade, truly home-style cooking bursting with flavor. The desserts were delicious, the atmosphere very pleasant with the fireplace lit, and the welcome was outstanding.
We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

31/10/2025: We had a late lunch break today and were lucky enough to discover this lovely bistro, which kindly served us even though it was already 2 pm. We were delighted with our find: delicious and flavorful burgers, a beautiful cut of meat, and an excellent butternut squash gratin! The desserts were also very good. The service was friendly and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. In short, we were just passing through and we really enjoyed this bistro!

10/12/2024: Le Blue Flamingo a répondu à toutes nos attentes, repas de Noël pour 17 personnes aussi bien exécuté qu´un dîner pour 4, accueil toujours chaleureux et attentionné, cuisine créative et savoureuse. Un grand merci à toute l´équipe pour cette très belle soirée.
09/12/2024: Restaurant conseillé par des amis, nous n'avons pas été déçus ! J'avais réservé pour faire une surprise à ma mère pour son anniversaire et nous avons pu le fêter comme il se doit. Des cocktails délicieux, des plats qui le sont tout autant, et des serveurs à l'écoute et très sympathiques ! Ils ont même été super, avec bougie pour le dessert. Je recommande fortement ce lieu, pour bien manger de façon originale au fil de l'eau.

05/07/2025: Good, but everything is definitely way overpriced, from the meat to the dessert. The products are quality, but the cuisine isn't very sophisticated. €27 for a slice of rump steak is definitely a bit of a stretch. In the restaurants they've copied, fries are unlimited. Here, it's €5 and something. They've stopped offering a free apple at the end.
The service is efficient, the terrace is pleasant.
Note: the terrace is non-smoking.

The welcome is generally friendly.
On the other hand, spontaneously playing LOUD yodels in the middle of the night after a very quiet party. The staff was responsive and turned the volume down as soon as I called.
In short, with every DJ set on the street, there's less respect for the local residents.

..... le bar était très bon, mais je ne m'attendais pas qu il soit aussis copieux ...la côté de cochon était bien Servie également .. seul bémol le prix du petit verre de rose 5,50 € c est cher ...
