18/05/2026: Passing by this hostel during a trail run, I stopped to politely ask, "Hello, would you mind if I filled my water bottles? It's just 500 ml." The response was, "Yes, I don't mind!" in a very cold and unwelcoming tone. I can understand an establishment refusing certain requests, but the way people are spoken to matters too. It's a shame for a place meant to welcome the public, especially passing athletes. A truly unpleasant experience.

19/05/2026: An incredible experience shared with my wife. The setting is sumptuous. The room was spacious and comfortable. Dinner lived up to the restaurant's two Michelin stars, with sweetbreads and Wagyu beef cooked to perfection… We spent a truly timeless moment at this establishment. (Special mention to Mathieu who made our visit to the bar an unforgettable experience.)

19/05/2026: We had an absolutely perfect stay at Domaine de la Côte Saint-Jacques. The hotel is simply fantastic: the rooms are magnificent, the setting is peaceful, and everything is designed for the comfort and well-being of the guests. The restaurant service is exceptional: a truly memorable gourmet experience, dishes as beautiful as they are delicious, and staff of rare professionalism and kindness. A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless moment. We will definitely be back!

06/05/2026: The restaurant boasts a beautiful menu on paper, but once the food arrives, it's a major disappointment. The fish was overcooked, and the dishes were bland. As for the "pavlova" dessert, it was a cooked (undercooked) apple with meringue around it 🙁 The name of the dessert doesn't correspond at all to what was served. In short, it was all promises, nothing but promises, while the bill was exorbitant: €220 for 2 adults and 2 children (we even got a discount on our cocktails because we were so disappointed), which came to €185. At that price, we expected quality cuisine, which was clearly not the case.

05/05/2026: I'm delighted to have returned to eat at Bella Ami; the management has changed. The manager who greeted us was simply very professional and friendly, as were the staff. The food was perfect; it was absolutely delicious. I'm thrilled to have rediscovered my desire to go there, and I will definitely return. 09/05/2026: Disappointed by the very poor service from the waitress. Miss, change jobs if this one doesn't suit you. Disparaging remark. We left almost as soon as we sat down. Unfortunately, we won't be back!

03/04/2026: Very good restaurant, the food is excellent, and the service is impeccable. The noise level is also acceptable; it has a very intimate atmosphere. It doesn't factor into my rating, but being on a boat can be a little unsettling as it rocks a bit at times. If this might bother some people, I'll let them know beforehand. A Coke and a burger cost me 21 euros, which is very reasonable for the area.

22/04/2026: Americans, beware. While the food is okay, the predatory waiter pressured us into giving a tip on the card with a song and dance about how the tip isn’t included. It’s too bad, as I really enjoyed the atmosphere and was okay with something less than world class cuisine. I have been to Paris many times and have studied here as a student. I was shocked by the behavior. Fortunately, there are many other great options close by.

12/04/2026: Reservation process was messy but we were given a very good private table in a corner . Main courses were good, typical brasserie menu. Sadly the tarte tatin was terrible , the pastry soggy , the apples mushy and not caramélisées . I couldn't finish and I was about to mention to the waiters but no one cared to ask how the food was. Major problem was the service, not attentive , I couldn't help feeling that we were not treated as well as some tables . Small detail but some table were brought with first drink a few nibbles and olives ! .. Wrong water was brought to the table and no oyster fork. Wine list expensive and no advice I m French , from Paris and Im passionate about Brasserie culture and food but this was a let down . The bill, nearly 200 euros for 2 , was hefty for a somewhat médiocre experience
