04/11/2025: After a morning of hiking, we arrived ravenous.
We left at 2:00 PM after a delicious meal.
BRAVO to the kitchen team! Here, it's truly "homemade."
The crowds in the dining room show that people enjoy coming here and often return! Working professionals, seniors, and families alike:
everyone appreciates this "canteen."

Just like in the good old days of the cafeterias of the 70s and 80s, here you eat with your elbows in your tray!
- 1 - STARTERS: A very wide selection of raw vegetables, composed salads, and cold cuts.
- 2 - MAIN COURSE: Two courses are offered. As it's a self-service restaurant, you can mix and match the meats and various side dishes.
- 3 - DESSERT: As with the starters, there's a good selection. If nothing appeals to you, there's also ice cream or fruit.
- 4 - DRINKS: Water + Lemonade + Wine (red/rosé) + Coffee
We'll gladly come back here now that we know this place.
01/11/2025: An authentic village restaurant with a simple concept: a starter buffet, two self-service main courses, and a dessert buffet. A great canteen where workers, seniors, and tourists (like me) mingle. The Kig ha Farz and the chocolate mousse were delicious!

15/05/2026: A most disappointing experience tonight.
We ordered tarte flambée to take away.
What a letdown when we saw the state of the tartes!
They were far too cooked underneath; the burnt pastry tasted awful.
There was hardly any cream on top, or what little there was was completely dried out.
And a few bits of bacon were practically fighting amongst themselves!
Frankly, this is the last time we'll be going back (unfortunately, it wasn't our first time, but we wanted to give it a second chance).
The restaurant Au Chasseur used to be a reliable choice before the change of ownership.
We won't be returning.

11/05/2026: Hello, last week I dined at La Prévôté restaurant, and I thoroughly enjoyed the creative and harmonious combination of flavors, the passionate chef, and the team! I dined there a second time last night (a week later), and we had the same impression. The chef even served us two surprise additions to the menu (a very nice touch)! We would therefore like to congratulate the restaurant team on their ambition to explore Provençal flavors with a touch of Indian creativity.

Absolutely recommended.
Seven exquisite courses. Perfectly presented. Every course was delicious, with exciting combinations (Indo-French fusion).
The wine pairings were very interesting and excellent; the sommelier did a great job in a challenging setting.
We'll be back.

We recommend it.

21/03/2026: A coffee after a hike, undoubtedly the best latte I've had in a long time: a large cup with a beautiful froth, and a very reasonable price.
A very friendly manager and a lovely post-hunt atmosphere, typical of the local villages.
A pleasant moment!
20/02/2026: There was hair in the food and I saw a dead cockroach in the corner of the room. The hygiene was appalling; I'd never seen anything like it before.

25/04/2026: Very disappointed with the Saint-Sernin restaurant.
I ordered duck breast, but the quality was poor; it was undercooked and looked like frozen meat. It was served with bagged salad, which, for the price, should have been fresh. The menu stated it was served with new potatoes, but I received fries. Not a problem in itself, but it didn't match the menu. All this for €27—it's a rip-off.
As for the service, the young waitress did her job very well, but the rest of the staff—cooks and servers—were all huddled around a phone at the counter, laughing. Really unpleasant.
And my partner and I were sick during the night.
I do not recommend it.
07/04/2026: A very pleasant restaurant with truly impeccable service.
The atmosphere is warm and the welcome attentive, making for a very enjoyable experience.
As for the food, the meal was generally good. The leek tart was very successful, flavorful, and well-balanced. However, the pasta carbonara lacked flavor: the seasoning was too light, making it rather bland despite its attractive presentation.
The desserts were more disappointing.
The apple tart had a dry crust, covered with an excessive amount of caramel cream. The poached apple was good, but its flavor was completely masked by the caramel. A filling between the crust and the apples would have created a more harmonious balance.
The rice pudding, meanwhile, had a grainy texture.

03/12/2025: What a surprise! A beautifully decorated room, a warm welcome, and an excellent, generous selection of starter, main course, and dessert. They even had a cheese trolley, just like in another era! Pure bliss from beginning to end. We'll be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended!

30/04/2026: The burgers, fries, tenders, and mozzarella sticks are excellent. The delivery driver was very friendly and the delivery was fast.
Just one small complaint about the Mac and Cheese, which lacked seasoning and flavor.
We would recommend the burgers because they are very generous and very tasty. We also appreciate the value for money. The price reflects the quality and quantity.

26/05/2026: Excellent culinary experience for a professional event. The program was exactly as planned. Thank you to Léa, Solenn, Bruno, and Chef Jérôme for welcoming us to their premises and sharing their passion for cooking. Highly recommended.
25/05/2026: The welcome was professional, and the setting charming, but I had booked a vegetarian course that I didn't get—fish instead of chicken was all that was available.
Some ingredients were missing: for example, fresh ginger was replaced with powder, deglazing with pastis was replaced with Suze, and the fruit salad didn't include fruit listed.
In short: The prestige of the course didn't live up to the Ducasse "brand." It gave the impression that many aspects, including the ingredients, were chosen on the cheap, which is surprising given the price of the course and the prestige of the establishment.
