Located in the heart of Montluel, this gem is a must-try. Everything is truly fresh and delicious, just like the welcome and the service... I'll let the photos speak for themselves and send you there in a heartbeat.

30/11/2025: When we wanted to have lunch, the manager's first response was that there were no tables available because there were 10 customers, which was enough for him, and he refused other customers even though there were empty tables.

24/01/2026: A very welcoming place with very friendly staff. Simple yet delicious food. A beautiful dining room with a lovely view, close to numerous hiking trails and the abbey. Reasonable prices, and pets are welcome.

That was the rather blunt response to a request for a gourmet coffee on a Sunday at 2 pm because "it's reserved for the restaurant," like the tarts, etc. So, inaccessible to two hikers who had come to relax after a pleasant walk. No waffles either, because the machine was broken. In short, an unwelcoming place that makes you want to quickly find a nice, friendly café. Elsewhere

The rooms are gorgeous and unique!! The bathroom is huge, it's incredible 😂
The breakfast is delicious and the staff are so friendly!!

As for the restaurant, the dining room is pleasant, but the main course is served barely warm, and the mini egg white and lemon tartlet dessert is flavorless. A shame.

29/11/2024: Rightfully a beautiful Michelin star experience from the service to the flavors to the spectacular wine pairings. My wife doesn’t eat veal, so they prepared a fish dish that she loved in its place. We will be back whether it’s for lunch or dinner.

07/11/2025: The restaurant's interior looks a bit old-fashioned, but also cozy. However, the service is incredibly unfriendly and incompetent. We were repeatedly asked if we wanted something to eat, but were immediately told that the waitress had to move on, so we never really got a chance to order anything because she was always gone again! We felt extremely uncomfortable; the customer's wishes were completely ignored, and towards the end, we were practically rushed out!

12/10/2025: A place to remember! A very varied menu, a warm and friendly atmosphere and decor, and a view of the Moselle River as a bonus.
I recommend their Côte de Toul wines. Theme nights are offered on weekends, like all-you-can-eat frogs for €30 (I'm sad I didn't get one 🥲, it wasn't the right time 😭)

I'd like to emphasize that the staff were incredibly friendly and made sure we had a pleasant experience (they were always happy to chat and laugh with us). As for hygiene, I didn't notice any issues. I highly recommend it!
05/12/2025: Good restaurant, it's a shame the experience was spoiled by the manager's disrespect towards his cooks, who openly insulted them in front of customers. I won't be returning for that reason alone.

20/05/2025: Lunch on the terrace today with a budget-friendly menu featuring fresh produce (a simple strawberry salad for dessert) and homemade quiche Lorraine for starters).
The service was just right (fast and efficient).
I recommend this spot, away from the noise and crowds of Place des Vosges. 👌👌

23/01/2026: I'm sorry, but we went there yesterday, the 22nd, to Saint-Vincent and were very disappointed. The welcome was terrible because two people were missing due to illness. The starter was average, and the main course wasn't at all what I had ordered. When you order venison and are served beef, frankly... and yet I used to enjoy going there, but they won't be seeing me again, especially when you spend over €1000 for 8 adults.
21/10/2025: Professional atmosphere from the service. We got an amuse am bouche and starter free of charge. We drank a good champagne with our dishes which were well-cooked fish. Nice experience.

02/11/2025: The wait was interminable. We arrived at 12:35 PM and were asked at 12:55 PM what we wanted for an aperitif. We said we only had an hour for lunch, and the waitress replied, "It's busy," even though the restaurant was far from full! We were served a decent daily special at 1:15 PM, but nothing special... served by a robot! I won't be going back; I should have checked the reviews first.

27/11/2025: Great little local restaurant serving simple but well cooked French food. Walked in at lunch and food was with us within 8-10 mins. Owner did not speak English but was very welcoming and helpful anyway. Very reasonably priced fixed menu. Left very full and happy!
