A very pleasant setting with a well-located terrace in the picturesque streets of Bergerac! Don't miss it! You can even make a reservation! This has been one of our favorite restaurants for several years! We highly recommend it: go without hesitation!

28/09/2026: Disappointed by my first experience at Bistrot Régent. We came for lunch as a family on Sunday, with my parents and son. I had ordered a children's menu for him. When it came time to pay, I realized I had been charged for an adult dish instead. When I pointed this out, I was asked if the portion of salmon I was served was a child's or adult's portion. It was difficult for me to know since I had never been there before and obviously didn't know their portion sizes. I was then told that the children's menu is normally served on a specific plate. The difference was eventually refunded, but not without some discussion, which I found rather unpleasant. I also found the price of the bottle of rosé, around €30, quite high for what was offered. Beyond the food, it was mainly the experience when the bill arrived and the way my complaint was handled that disappointed me. I did not appreciate the concept or the overall experience and, unfortunately, I do not plan to return.

25/07/2026: We spontaneously decided to visit this restaurant. The food was good. I ordered a large pizza, but I was initially shocked when I only received one slice. However, they kept bringing me more slices. I've never experienced anything like it, and I had the slight feeling I was being watched so they could bring me the next slice in time. The pizza was delicious, though. We ate outside, but the interior looked very inviting.
