11/09/2026: The welcome was friendly enough, but nothing more. It had been 16 years since my last visit. I'll probably be back again this year. The appetizer platter was okay, nothing special (€6), with fried food, pâté dripping with oil, and sausage that was barely 5mm thick. The matelotte consisted of two pieces of fish swimming in a tomato sauce that was far too smooth to be homemade (€10). The cannelloni of dry trout (€19) were disappointing, despite the acidic lemon béchamel sauce. I won't even mention the cafeteria-style desserts. All this for €100. Only the setting is worthwhile.

25/04/2026: Not great. We tried it on the last day the restaurant was open. It was supposed to be a set menu for €22, including grilled meat (either chicken or sausage), fries or gratin, salad, and dessert. We sat down, but there was no more chicken, so we got two sausages, a handful of fries, and some salad. And when it came time for dessert, there was nothing left—no dessert, nothing to replace it, not a free drink, not a discount on the bill. €22 is a lot for two chipolatas and a handful of fries!

25/03/2026: Since its expansion, this restaurant has unfortunately lost its friendly atmosphere, which is a real shame. It's best enjoyed on a sunny day, as you're likely to get very cold when it's cooler.

02/10/2026: We had a lovely time at this restaurant and particularly enjoyed the trout tartare, which was excellent in both quality and flavor. However, we were disappointed by the pasta with clams. Neither the pasta nor the clams themselves impressed us, especially in terms of taste and preparation. Given the price of the dish, we expected a higher quality. It's a shame, because the trout tartare was truly excellent. Overall, we had a mixed experience, with a very good dish on the one hand, but a disappointing main course on the other.

04/10/2026: Mussels and fries are a real treat. You can choose how you want your mussels prepared: plain, delicious; with salmon, excellent; and others to discover next time. Highly recommended.

28/06/2026: A really cute little restaurant, beautiful dishes at very reasonable prices, and attentive service. The menu is very varied but everything is prepared with care: meats, fish, ravioli, salads, burgers... 😋 A choice of sides, generous portions, and even little rillettes toasts offered as an appetizer! The only major drawback of this establishment is the timing 😓 One person in the dining room and one in the kitchen help each other out as best they can, even when the place is only half full. We had plenty of time, but we were getting hungry between courses. As for the price, you won't break the bank; it's perfectly fair for what's on the plate.

05/10/2026: A simple place with a covered terrace. Two friendly young waiters with smiles, one of whom was a student but managed to meet our expectations. We laughed with him, and that made a big difference. We encouraged him because we've also worked in restaurants and know that stress and the fear of not doing well can be frowned upon by some customers, but we put him at ease. Well done to him (we don't know his first name). The €44 set menu (there were four of us, so we were able to see each other's plates, and everyone enjoyed it) was well-presented, with sufficient quantity and excellent quality. We savored the soft-boiled eggs with Époisses sauce and parsley ham, the chicken with Gaston Gérard sauce, and the coq au vin with fries—yum! Just one small complaint about the cheese (three small portions of two different cheeses: perhaps the portions could be reviewed, and there should be a choice, and a few salad leaves added—just an idea). The savory and sweet faisselle cheese and the gourmet coffee/tea were delicious! The chef was friendly, came into the dining room, and had a laugh with us! It's a pleasure not to be rushed to eat. We'll be back, hoping everything stays this way because we love it! No fuss, no frills. BRAVO!

25/09/2026: What a wonderful place! We've been coming back for two years now. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. I'd like to mention our waiter, Florence, who was very friendly and gave us great advice on how to order! We were delighted with everything. We highly recommend him.

06/09/2026: I’m so happy to have found this place!!! After a few failures finding a place that will provide a memorable French experience this was definitely a winner. Inside there was no smell of cigarette. Service was friendly and courteous from start. Prices were pretty good and the food was amazing! Everything was so delicious and the onion soup the best I’ve ever had.
