24/09/2024: Already put on TruckFly a while ago so I'm putting it back this evening, because loves... they waited for me and keep a place at 9:30 p.m. who does that these days. A big thank you to you, we are always well received, we eat really well and a great atmosphere, I'm not talking about the toilets which are also impeccable, everything is great. Don't change anything, I have come I don't know how many times and I will continue, good luck ✌️ Kisses from Scania Breton 🤪

01/09/2024: Pretty hotel restaurant with a warm welcome, the dishes offered are mainly designed with regional products as well as the wine list. The boss and staff listen to the customer. We were very well received as well as our dog 🐶 Fluky who was given his bowl of fresh water. I highly recommend. People who love their professions. 🙏❤️

18/09/2024: A magnificent evening with Marie Pacotte, I greatly appreciated having only one menu and that the entire room was served at the same pace of dishes. It was the first time I went to a restaurant where it was more like a tasting than a dinner. I also appreciated the surprise I found in the dishes. The servers are very attentive and delicate. A very good atmosphere with the open kitchen and the small group room. It's flawless for me, THANK YOU

29/08/2024: Wow! Exceptional dining experience. Small chic restaurant in the 11th Arrondissement established a decade ago and staffed by young innovative chef, sommelier and wait staff. The food was outstanding. I had the 5 course menu. The young sommelier was very knowledgeable and matched the wine according to my preferences with the food. I am so glad I chose Fulgurances and I would thoroughly recommend dining there.

With great care, with warm and smiling staff, you will be delighted upon entry with this pretty decoration mixing charm, class and Pep's, to then delight your taste buds during the tastings. It's always a real pleasure to come back to have a great time, whether as a couple or with family, it feels like home, with delicious food to boot! Thank you to the chef and his team for all these shared moments, we will miss you but we will soon come back for a good dose of treat! Long live the Petit Gourmet.

29/08/2024: Les Closeaux is a gem of a restaurant in an unassuming cluster of farm style buildings near Amboise. The food, ambiance and service outshone some M-starred restaurants we visited. My appetizer, a caramelized tomato on a bed of tomato aspic accompanied by Gorgonzola ice cream, expertly paired flavors and textures. Husband had the fois gras ( I know, I know, but this is France). Creamy, slightly saltier than the norm, in a good way. My tuna was perfectly medium rare, with a flavorful sauce. His beef was also cooked perfectly medium rare. Desserts included an extraordinary rhubarb tart. The wine list featured local varieties, including a moderately priced Chinon red that blossomed in the glass. This is the stuff restaurant dreams are made of. Don’t let the short drive from Amboise deter you: Google will get you there and back. Dinner for two, including two cocktails, a bottle of wine, and dessert, was about €130, far less than almost any dinner in the States.

15/09/2024: Very nice first experience in a star hotel. The cuisine is tasty and airy, fantastic in short. We were very well received by the team who took great care throughout our visit. Particularly by the passionate sommelier who took the time to share his knowledge with us on the different digestives at the end of a meal. Special mention to the appetizers and small sweets at the end of the meal. To be redone (redone in 2024)

11/09/2024: This is how you imagine a French restaurant. Call it Bistro or Brasserie, who cares. Simply a very successful combination of a beautiful, traditional restaurant, a nice menu, good daily suggestions and reasonable prices. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, although they do fly around the place in a very whirlwind manner. Fast service is fine, but a little less ADHD is welcome. Otherwise a wonderful thing.

20/09/2024: As residents of the 15th arrondissement, we had already visited Le Deuz several times, so it was quite natural that we turned to Julien and his team to organize the lunch after our civil wedding! Everything was perfect from the organization beforehand to the reception on the big day of a group of 16, the meal went perfectly, with the cuisine always delicious! Our families and friends were absolutely delighted! Can only recommend! Thanks again!

31/08/2024: Always a real delight to have lunch in this restaurant. I regularly have lasagna but I have also had the pleasure of tasting other dishes such as chicken fillet, pizza, steak.... Everything is good. The manager always has a smile and a nice word to put you at ease. I of course highly recommend this place.

24/08/2024: Very good restaurant, discovered this week, I came back today with pleasure, the bolognese lasagna very good, the nutela tiramisu a killer. 😊 The friendly welcome. I recommend the restaurant.

05/09/2024: We spent one night in this magnificent, calm and exotic place.. everything was perfect, the staff took great care, the evening meal and breakfast were delicious , the heated swimming pool is pleasant, the bed ultra comfortable and the room super clean. Thank you very much for this lovely moment, I have lovely memories of it 😍❤️

18/08/2024: Just came back from this lovely place. We took this as bike-stop on the Paris-London bike tour and it was just great. Very large and clean rooms. Some of the best food I got in the evening. Very friendly and helpful personel.

14/09/2024: Stumbled upon this little gem during our stay in Paris. The food, service and atmosphere was excellent and the prices quite reasonable. We had theboeuf bourguignon, which tasted so good. The restaurant had a romantic feel to it and had a live piano player to help set the mood. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Highly recommend.

20/09/2024: We enjoyed a very tasty 3 course lunch on a lovely August afternoon in the shady courtyard. The menu du jour was of excellent value (25€) with regional wines by the glass (6€) . We had assorted rillettes, diced salads, baked fish ( red mullet) with barley risotto, squash flan and steak Bernaise with potatoes, followed by peach cream tarts for dessert. Small restaurant so reservations are necessary, especially if you’d like to dine outside. Authentic and charming.
