Finally, you know exactly what you're eating, and that's a real treat! The chef is truly passionate. He takes the time to come to the dining room, chat with his customers, talk about his work, and share his love of cooking. This has become rare and deserves to be highlighted. The dining room is immaculate, the glasses and cutlery are spotless, worthy of a fine restaurant, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. And the best part? The prices are very affordable. My only regret is not having discovered this restaurant sooner. Now, I can't wait to go back and discover new flavors! In a time when everyone wants to know what's on their plate, I can only invite you to come and share a meal, at lunchtime or in the evening, in this wonderful little corner of paradise. And for those worried about parking, no problem: a large parking lot is available about twenty meters to the left, heading towards Amélie-les-Bains. The wines with the tapas were very average, the red wine was served warm, and the white wine was beyond words, simply poured out onto the plants. The razor clams clearly came straight from the sea, judging by the amount of sand they were in. The red wine sauce for the sliced ​​meat was extremely bitter and far too reduced (the pieces of meat were enormous for a sliced ​​dish). Not to mention the experience of tasting a soggy French toast; a rum baba or floating island brioche would have been more appropriate. And as for hygiene, thanks for the mold on the water carafe's stopper—it certainly puts off both thirst and appetite…

We were worried, but it's even better! There's a wider selection on the menu, including classics like goat cheese and honey, the careful distribution of the toppings makes all the difference, and the crust is perfect. Thomas and his wife are also very friendly. My sister lives just two streets away, and we've definitely become regulars 😉 By the way, it's now easy to reach them by phone, which wasn't the case before. Don't change a thing, we're loyal customers!
