17/03/2026: The dining room isn't much to look at, but it was a truly wonderful culinary experience. The waiter was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The menus are based on a blind tasting menu, but there's something for everyone, and the dishes are worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Expect to pay around €60-70 per person. We'll be back.

19/12/2025: We came for lunch somewhat by chance before catching the Cévennes steam train. The waiter, although working alone, was pleasant and efficient. We were able to eat our main course and dessert in under an hour! The galettes and crêpes are delicious and generously portioned, made with quality local ingredients. As for drinks, in addition to the usual beers and ciders, they offer some nice non-alcoholic options such as the very enjoyable kombucha! You can go there without hesitation!

A huge shout-out to the two waitresses as well: absolutely wonderful, cheerful, attentive, and always smiling. Each dish was sublime, bursting with flavor, and prepared with remarkable care. Our guests were delighted, and so were we! I ordered a matcha that was far too sweet and an acai that was bland and small considering the price (12 euros for a small bowl). Honestly, I think you can find better and more substantial options for an afternoon snack (3 drinks and an acai for 27 euros). I advise you not to linger at this place!
