17/09/2026: A very disappointing experience. The tapas ("bites") were nothing but empty breadcrumbs: not a single filling inside, just air. To top it all off, they forgot the fries, no sauce was provided, and the meat was tiny and very dry. We immediately informed the staff, but the gentleman at the front of house had nothing to say, just "it happens, it's not a big deal," for an order of over €50? Not a single gesture of goodwill. A young woman kindly went to get fries and a sauce for the meat, but the barbecue tapas never received theirs. It's a shame the restaurant doesn't allow photos to be posted in Google reviews; the picture spoke for itself. I do not recommend it. Avoid at all costs.

06/10/2026: I was completely unfamiliar with this establishment and its concept before arriving to celebrate a friend's birthday around 10:30 pm. Unfortunately, the experience was disastrous from beginning to end. Upon arrival, the security guard at the entrance blocked me in a particularly unpleasant manner, treating me almost like a fraudster or an opportunist trying to sneak in, when I was simply trying to join my group. It's an extremely unpleasant feeling to be unfairly categorized like that for no reason. One of his colleagues eventually checked the guest list (which I didn't even know existed) and found my name. I was then asked to pay €28. Anxious not to cause any trouble, I paid, thinking it was for a buffet (an option that didn't really interest me, having already eaten with my children just before). Once inside, I discovered the kitchens were already closed: I had simply paid €28 for the privilege of entering. Accustomed to warm, welcoming, or simply laid-back places, I felt like I was treated like a walking wallet, or even like I'd been ripped off. If there were underlying tensions between the venue and the organizers of the event, it was absolutely unacceptable for the guests to be subjected to such treatment. A frosty reception, a complete lack of consideration, and a very bitter feeling of having been cheated. I do not recommend it.

08/10/2026: Excellent my go to place for lunch in Cherbourg. The food is excellent and the service likewise. I am a challenge as I often arrive with animals and handicapped people but we have always had a memorable experience for the right reason. Change nothing and keep up the good work.

04/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! Very reasonable prices, traditional homemade French cuisine, and a very friendly welcome and service. A baked egg with Fourme d'Ambert cheese and a slice of andouillette sausage with mustard sauce and homemade fries for under €15! I'll be back. Maybe even tonight!

27/09/2026: Hello I almost never leave reviews on Google, but this time I felt compelled to react to my culinary experience at this brasserie. While I don't claim to be a culinary expert, my 20 years of professional experience in a field-based role have led me to frequent this type of establishment regularly, allowing me to make comparisons. I have never eaten so badly. To be honest, I didn't finish my plate. At €18 for the Milanese veal cutlet served with plain pasta, I tried to eat enough to last me the day. The meat was undercooked (pink), and the pasta was dry and white. No sauce with a Milanese cutlet? At the very least, a drizzle of olive oil to prevent it from getting soggy... I sent the plate back for reheating, and it came back to me after a quick zap in the microwave... no apology, no explanation, no expression of concern... A century-old establishment, you say... it's high time, then, to make way for skilled artisans, passionate about their craft and respectful of their customers. Sincerely

Only fresh ingredients, a very pleasant atmosphere, and a breathtaking view. The service is top-notch; the staff and the owner are incredibly kind. 31/08/2026: Excellent meal, served quickly in a room with a magnificent sea view. I highly recommend it! I ordered mussels in Normandy sauce. They were fresh, plentiful, and very well prepared! A generous portion and not a single empty shell! A big thank you to the chef and the team for this wonderful discovery. We will gladly return!

29/09/2026: Looking for the best pizza in Aix-en-Provence, we tried this place specializing in Neapolitan pizzas. The pizzas are very reasonably priced for Aix-en-Provence and are perfect for Neapolitan pizza lovers. The dough is really well made, which is essential for a good pizza, provided you like crusts with thick edges. One small point for improvement is the service. Upon arrival, there was some confusion regarding our reservation. And at the end of the meal, we felt a bit rushed out. The bill and then the card were brought to us a few minutes apart, even though we hadn't asked for them. A good place to eat a Neapolitan pizza at a reasonable price, but a few improvements to the service would be appreciated.
