17/07/2026: We had lunch today, July 17th, at Comptoir des Colibris and all the dishes were delicious, from the summer salad to the pesto pasta. The garlic chicken, squid, and vegetarian meatballs were also excellent. The person who served us was very friendly and smiling, and the prices are unbeatable! In short, a restaurant we highly recommend! From a table of 7 from Nantes.

02/07/2026: A huge thank you to the whole team! We came as a group of 25 and everything was perfect. Despite our large group, the service was incredibly fast and efficient. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal and left delighted. We will gladly return!

02/07/2026: The welcome was only moderately warm. At 10 am, it was impossible to order the set menu with a pastry that comes with a coffee. We were also forbidden from going to the bakery next to the bar (because the owner vetoed it, according to the waiter). While we've seen worse service, it could have been better... I mean, you can't expect a Parisian to smile all the time... The service was decent. We ordered the "bidulien" burger, which was advertised with an Auvergne cheese that we're still looking for. And it had two small squares of bell pepper inside. The service was quick and the food was hot. 👍 So, the price-quality ratio is a bit generous in favor of the establishment. A drink, main course, and dessert cost €75 for two. The waiter asked for cash and showed us with a wry smile and a slight pout that he wasn't thrilled to see a credit card. In short, as you can see, we had a decent time, but it's not what will bring us back. Have a good experience! Sorry, I usually post photos, but when things aren't great, I quickly forget to take them.

19/05/2026: Our three-night stay at Domaine de Verchant was an overall remarkable experience, driven above all by the exceptional quality of the Quintinae Suite. The facilities are simply breathtaking: every space seems to have been meticulously designed, from comfort and relaxation to the privacy of the bedrooms. The spacious living/dining room allows us to entertain guests in a refined setting without ever disturbing the tranquility of the suite, while the private entrance via a dedicated elevator provides a particularly welcome sense of discretion and exclusivity. We would also like to highlight the remarkable professionalism of Maxence, our butler throughout our stay. He responded to all our requests with exceptional precision, demonstrating a natural sense of service, a keen attention to detail, and a true talent for organization. His support greatly contributed to the success of our experience, and throughout these three nights, he demonstrated undeniable expertise in the art of hospitality. The estate's facilities, including the spa, also offer a truly rejuvenating experience in an elegant and soothing environment. Despite these numerous positive aspects, a few drawbacks mar the overall picture and prevent the establishment from fully reaching the level of excellence it aspires to. Housekeeping and management services were sometimes lacking in rigor, notably with food scraps from the previous day under a table, unemptied kitchen bins, and a coffee table found dirty and sticky the next morning. We also noted some errors in overcharging for certain room charges. Finally, the service at the gourmet restaurant for lunch proved particularly slow, taking over two and a half hours for a four-course menu. These various elements unfortunately give the impression that there is sometimes a lack of consistency in standards and rigor between the different departments of the hotel. This is all the more regrettable given the undeniable potential and overall quality of the establishment. Nevertheless, we will gladly return to rediscover the beauty of Domaine de Verchant, while hoping that certain adjustments will be made so that the experience fully lives up to the exceptional standard of the place.

14/05/2026: I discovered this place thanks to friends and I absolutely loved it! All the dishes are truly wonderful. I also appreciate that they offer lower prices on certain days, so everyone can enjoy a 5-star experience. The setting is magnificent! It's a little tricky to find the entrance and exit if you're on foot! I'll be back!

16/05/2026: A very disappointing experience. A major error in the burger's ingredients: it was supposed to be pork-free according to the menu, but it contained bacon. This is unacceptable, especially for a dish where the ingredients must be clearly listed. The replacement burger wasn't any better, with undercooked meat. They offered a gesture of goodwill with an Orangina, but this doesn't make up for the ordering and cooking errors. They really need to be more rigorous with the menu and the preparation of their dishes.

12/04/2026: Disappointing, if you can read! Looking at the chalkboard listing the origins of the meats: chicken from Poland, beef from the Netherlands, and so on, only the ground beef is French... You wonder if the side dishes aren't from the local supermarket... The welcome is, admittedly, friendly, but that's about it... Thanks for supporting our French farmers, but it's true that you only eat there for the price... From now on, I'm giving it a miss!

11/05/2026: An inn nestled in the heart of the forest, with a pond right in front. A very large terrace and a lovely interior welcome visitors on walks or guests staying in the rooms. The staff are truly friendly and helpful. A dream location for those who love long walks in the forest or for a motorcycle stopover. 3 stars, but 5 stars for the staff.
