11/04/2026: Disappointing. We had booked two places. There was a long wait throughout the entire meal. The couscous was mediocre; admittedly, it was nicely presented, but there was very little semolina hidden under the vegetables, making it too mushy. €23.90 without an appetizer. One glass of wine. The dessert was good, but overall, I was disappointed. We won't be back.

06/07/2026: The service was very friendly, and the pasta and meat dishes were excellent. However, it's a shame the fries were frozen and the salad was a bagged salad with industrial dressing. This restaurant wouldn't take much to be great :)

02/07/2026: The welcome was only moderately warm. At 10 am, it was impossible to order the set menu with a pastry that comes with a coffee. We were also forbidden from going to the bakery next to the bar (because the owner vetoed it, according to the waiter). While we've seen worse service, it could have been better... I mean, you can't expect a Parisian to smile all the time... The service was decent. We ordered the "bidulien" burger, which was advertised with an Auvergne cheese that we're still looking for. And it had two small squares of bell pepper inside. The service was quick and the food was hot. 👍 So, the price-quality ratio is a bit generous in favor of the establishment. A drink, main course, and dessert cost €75 for two. The waiter asked for cash and showed us with a wry smile and a slight pout that he wasn't thrilled to see a credit card. In short, as you can see, we had a decent time, but it's not what will bring us back. Have a good experience! Sorry, I usually post photos, but when things aren't great, I quickly forget to take them.

02/07/2026: A huge thank you to the whole team! We came as a group of 25 and everything was perfect. Despite our large group, the service was incredibly fast and efficient. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal and left delighted. We will gladly return!

22/04/2026: A simple, friendly place with a welcoming waiter. We didn't order the set menu, but the 300g ribeye steak, served in a generous portion with fries and salad, was a real treat!

03/06/2026: A very pleasant spot in Marseille, tucked away in a somewhat hidden courtyard, which immediately gives the place a special charm. The terrace is truly delightful and very convivial, perfect for spending a pleasant time, even if the service is a little slow; don't be in a hurry, you'll need to take your time. The food is generally good, but I noticed a few technical errors that detract from the overall experience. The zucchini purée was far too runny, more like a soup than a purée. At times, the seasoning also lacked a bit of character. That said, the dishes remain flavorful and well-conceived, as evidenced by the beautiful presentation. An experience that leaves a positive impression despite these few adjustments needed in the kitchen.

15/06/2026: Seeing the reviews, we thought we'd found a nice place right below our accommodation. But unfortunately, the experience was terrible. We went in for dinner and were escorted upstairs, which was stiflingly hot and felt more like a storage room than a customer room: junk everywhere, even a washing machine in plain sight. Once seated, we stayed for about 10 minutes without any of the staff paying us any attention. At that point, we decided to go downstairs to ask if we could sit outside, or at least in a more livable area. Not being native French speakers, we were trying to explain ourselves as best we could. The response of the guy behind the counter was unacceptable: he verbally assaulted us, speaking French at a rapid pace, without any attempt to understand what we were asking. The only thing we understood was that he practically escorted us to the door, clearly making us feel like we were wasting his time. Arrogant, rude, and completely disrespectful behavior toward customers who were simply trying to order. Whether they were having a bad day or not, there's no justification for treating customers this way. The atmosphere of the place seemed pleasant, but the attitude of the staff completely ruined any positive impression. Despite staying just a few meters away, we carefully avoided returning throughout our stay. We absolutely do not recommend it. If you don't speak fluent French and haven't already decided what to order before entering, you risk receiving the same treatment we received. A disappointing experience and service that leaves much to be desired.

I am a former pastry chef who worked at the Royal Palace Hotel in Évian-les-Bains (74) and also at the Plaza Athens Palace Hotel in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. I know this place practically from the beginning; at that time, a shop manager spoke just the right amount (in business, you shouldn't talk too much) with a good team, which I miss. As for pastry, I've seen much better and have done it myself. I have the right to say so!
