20/05/2026: Some hotels are simply a place to sleep. Régent Petite France feels like you’re actually staying inside the postcard of Strasbourg. The location is unbelievable. You walk out the door and you are immediately in the middle of everything that makes Petite France so special — canals, bridges, flowers hanging from windows, people sitting outside with wine, little streets that somehow look even better at night than they do during the day. Honestly, half the time we just stood outside the hotel looking around thinking, “this can’t be real.” Our room was incredible with a view that made it hard to leave in the morning. Watching the boats pass through the canals while the city slowly woke up was one of those travel moments you remember long after the trip is over. The staff could not have been more helpful. Every interaction felt genuine and relaxed, never forced or overly formal. They helped with recommendations, directions, questions — anything we needed. You could tell they truly cared that guests enjoyed Strasbourg. The entire hotel somehow feels luxurious without being stuffy. Comfortable, elegant, quiet, and perfectly placed in the center of it all. Only very minor thing — the shower setup could be a little more accessible depending on mobility or preference — but honestly, it barely registered compared to how much we loved staying here. If you’re visiting Strasbourg and want to fully experience Petite France instead of just walking through it for an hour, stay here. We already miss waking up there.

17/05/2026: A magnificent hotel where I stay every time I'm in Strasbourg. Very well located. The concierge and valet parking staff are exceptional. The reception is very average and incapable of maintaining a customer database. In short, a major drawback. The hotel lobby is freezing cold (20 degrees Celsius) and the bathrooms, even with the thermostat turned all the way up, are like refrigerators. Plus, there are no slippers to warm you up, only flip-flops that hurt your feet. So don't come in winter, or bring your own slippers and a kettle. The spa is very professional, and the massages are excellent. The restaurant is always closed, every single time I've been there.

17/05/2026: The welcome was very good, we were well received, the entrance hall is magnificent. However, upon arriving in our room, it was more of a disappointment than a pleasure to be in a 4-star hotel. There were hairs on our beds—long hairs on one bed and shorter ones on the other, or perhaps weights—in the bathroom. The same was true: hairs on the sink, and finally, a large amount of dust on the black furniture. We informed them of the dust, went for a walk, and a few hours later it was still there (see the video). Disappointed with this stay, especially since we had just come from a 4-star hotel in Strasbourg that was three times better for half the price. I will not book with this chain again at this price if it's not perfect.

28/05/2026: Lunch today for a retirement party. Everything was perfect! A very warm welcome, a lovely setting, and a superb meal from start to finish. I highly recommend it!

25/04/2026: We tried the new menu and have no regrets. From the goat cheese tart (made with local products) to the 100% vegetable lasagna, and even the meat dishes on the menu, right through to dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was pleasant and excellent.

03/05/2026: It was great! I booked the downstairs room to celebrate my birthday and it was fantastic. I was able to play my own music! The drinks were great and the bartenders were very welcoming! I highly recommend it.

05/07/2026: A quiet restaurant in the city center on Rue Manuel. You can choose all the ingredients for your pole bowl, right down to the sauce. There's a pretty wide selection. Just so you know, the portions might be a bit small for those with a big appetite.

29/06/2026: Disappointing. We chose this one instead of the Mado next door. Waited over 10 mins for the menu. €20 for the Nordic salad tasteless with no dressing. Never received despite asking. Niçoise was very average. Waiters were running all around not looking at any guests. Not recommended. Manager apologized and offered the coffees.

14/06/2026: I love this peaceful and relaxing place. The two sisters are wonderful and have such big hearts ❤️ ❤️ They are welcoming and very friendly. The setting is marvelous, perfect for spending a week in the cottages! And the crepes are DELICIOUS for a very reasonable price 🫶🫶
