15/07/2026: I just received my Uber Eats order… with a hair inside the salad; it looks very good and the quantity is generous, but the hair is really unacceptable.

20/07/2026: This review concerns only the restaurant portion: We were expecting to discover an Auvergne restaurant offering tasty, generous, and authentic local specialties. Unfortunately, we left very disappointed… and still hungry. We chose the truffade, a regional classic. Unfortunately, there was more salad than truffade on our plate. The portion was very small. As for the truffade itself, if you consider it simply potatoes with a little cheese, the taste was acceptable. But for us, it's hard to call it a true truffade: the potatoes completely separated from the cheese, lacking the rich, stringy texture one expects from this dish. The result was clearly lacking in richness and flavor. The positive point of the dish: the cured ham, which was very good and served in a reasonable quantity. The same disappointment awaited us with the blueberry tart for dessert. We were expecting a generous tart like the ones you usually find in the region, with a crust thick enough to provide texture and a touch of indulgence. Here, the blueberries were placed on an extremely thin puff pastry base with a dry crust. When I tasted it, I felt like I was eating nothing but blueberries, the pastry was practically nonexistent. Fortunately, the accompaniments somewhat redeemed the dessert: the scoop of ice cream was very good, as was the small financier served with it. The whipped cream, however, seemed to be the kind you'd find at a supermarket. Another positive point: the terrace offers a beautiful view and the setting is pleasant. ⚠️ Also worth noting: the menu displayed on the website doesn't necessarily match the one offered on-site on Sunday evenings and Mondays. The menu is much more limited on those days. If you've spotted a particular dish on the website, it's best to check before you come. We ultimately left very disappointed and, above all, still hungry. It's quite rare, in a region where Auvergne cuisine is renowned for its generous and flavorful portions, to leave a restaurant serving local specialties with such a distinct impression of small portions and dishes lacking such depth of flavor. It's a shame, because the setting and the quality of some of the side dishes led one to expect a completely different experience.

02/07/2026: A pleasant hotel where everything is geared towards hikers. The welcome was friendly and smiling. We took off our shoes and went up to the clean, minimalist rooms, which, for us, had a superb view of the fields and the Puy Mary. Breakfast was served too late and was very basic. Not the best we had. In the evening, we ate at the restaurant on the back terrace overlooking the mountains. Nice! The food wasn't particularly fancy: the fruit salad was a disaster, and for dessert, it was canned pineapple—spongy as could be. Value for money: it's still expensive... but that's generally the case in this region, although all the hotels charge similar prices.

20/10/2026: Today, we had the 3-course menu here in the cellar—we requested this immediately when making the reservation. All the dishes were very tasty. The staff could be a bit more talkative for our liking; that would make it come across as friendlier. Otherwise, definitely recommended.

18/10/2026: The service was incredibly slow, and the prices were far too high. A small glass of orange juice cost €6, but my friend ordered a detox juice and received a glass twice the size for the same price! It's outrageous. Furthermore, we waited an hour for pancakes that were burnt on the bottom. I think you should avoid this place and queue elsewhere.

The portions were generous and high-quality, the welcome was warm—everything for a fantastic evening. We were so impressed that we booked a table to return the next day! We highly recommend this restaurant.

04/10/2026: A restaurant we've known for a very long time. The quality never wavers. The dishes are delicious and bring us the exquisite flavors and aromas of Corsica. The welcome is warm. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a comfortable terrace shaded by two plane trees. The view of the port is superb. A must-try, and we'll definitely be back.

29/08/2026: My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant and we had a wonderful time! The service was truly exceptional, with a lovely, attentive, and very professional team. We needed to adapt a dish to some specific requirements, and this was absolutely no problem. We greatly appreciated their attention to detail and flexibility. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. A special mention goes to the desserts, which pleasantly surprised us: they were very original, refined, and not too sweet, which I particularly enjoyed. A truly wonderful discovery!

29/09/2026: A real disgrace for a restaurant that claims to serve French cuisine. We ordered two moules marinières: simply boiled mussels, without onion, herbs, or sauce… Nothing resembling actual moules marinières. As for the fries, they were simply awful. We pointed out the problem to the waitress, who informed the manager. His response was nothing short of astounding: “Yes, yes, I saw that there’s nothing there…” So the manager himself acknowledges that the dish is substandard and, despite this, offers absolutely no compensation. We paid the entire bill and left, feeling like we’d been treated like customers who can be served anything. The problem isn’t just the quality of the meal: it’s the blatant disregard shown for the customer’s complaint. A truly awful and disappointing experience. We will certainly never set foot in this establishment again.

28/09/2026: A very successful birthday party outdoors at La Source. The menu offered excellent value for money. The portions were more than enough (we even left with leftovers!). The service was impeccable, both welcoming and efficient. We were even able to request screens to create some privacy from the other birthday party taking place at the same time. It wasn't a problem at all, and we even enjoyed the music from the other band! The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, relaxed yet refined. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you to the entire team who made our evening such a success! Our friends were delighted. A nice bonus was the large and very convenient parking lot!

28/09/2026: Very disappointing, especially for someone who has known the place for several years. We used to always receive a warm welcome, with smiles and delicious food. Today, it's clear that the experience is completely different. This is the third time we've been poorly received: no smiles, an interminable wait, prices increasing, portions decreasing, and to top it all off, our table wasn't even cleaned. Today, we were also served last, after we had already been seated, following the arrival of new foreign customers. It's hard not to feel that tourists are now valued more than locals. We left with the distinct impression that the establishment has become a real tourist trap, at the expense of the quality of the welcome and service. It's a shame, because we really loved this place. But after three bad experiences, this will definitely be our last visit. Avoid if you are looking for a warm welcome and top-notch service.

26/09/2026: The setting is superb, however, the service leaves much to be desired. The waiter had the nerve to say "I've helped myself" when bringing the change. He's rude to customers, belittling them at every opportunity and making remarks loudly so everyone can hear. A child dropped a glass on the terrace opposite the café/restaurant, and the waiter involved pointed it out, speaking loudly enough to be heard over the village noise, drawing everyone's attention to the scene.
