01/03/2026: A break for tea, coffee, or fresh fruit/vegetable juice was definitely in order! I had the "bon teint" carrot, ginger, and apple juice: excellent. My friend had the "bon bon" – delicious. The cakes were generous and very tasty: carrot cake and crumble! Offering a carafe of water would have been a nice touch.

27/03/2026: A chic and very classy place, the atmosphere is calming and soothing. The dishes are all beautifully presented, and they are also very tasty and surprising. The servers are pleasant and professional, and the service is efficient. I highly recommend L'Amphitryon.

24/03/2026: We tried to make a reservation for a table in the restaurant. We were on the phone for more than 10 minutes and then gave up. Not very customerfriendly. What a pity.

08/06/2026: The hotel staff are absolutely lovely and charming. Breakfast is excellent; of course, there are trains passing through at night since it's the Hôtel de la Gare (Station Hotel), so there's a little noise, but otherwise everything is fine. Nice garage for bicycles.

07/06/2026: A very convenient hotel for visiting Chaumont and the banks of the Loire, complemented by two very pleasant and functional ground-floor cottages, ideal for a large family!

The cuisine is refined, full of flavors, and the welcome was warm from start to finish. A beautiful place that I highly recommend!

14/04/2026: I love this place! Whether for afternoon tea with a chai latte made with plant-based milk and a slice of brioche, or for the evenings! Yaël, the manager, organizes many events inviting journalists, writers, etc. It's a festive and cultural place that's part of the neighborhood life of the 19th arrondissement.

22/03/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance. THANK GOD! Unfortunately, we couldn't eat in the restaurant because the "small" breakfast, which was one of the best we've ever had (Michel's poached truffle eggs were legendary), was so generous that we were all full for the entire day. We rented two rooms in the guesthouse, and you can't find a more authentic place to stay in Alsace. We live about two hours away, and I would drive all the way to Michel and Julie's just for a quick bite. They really deserve more than five stars. For me, it's already a highlight of the year. If you're reading this, thank you so much; we'll all be back. Best regards.
