11/02/2026: Second visit after 3 years. This time with our 11-year-old daughter. The setting, the service, and the presentation were remarkable. We loved the appetizers but were less impressed with the two main courses. Our daughter received a bonus, thank you again to the team! The trout was nothing special, the beef cheek a little better, but despite the good idea of ​​the sabayon and the jus glaze, it was a bit cloying. The dessert was also good. We had a pleasant time, but it's a shame the chef didn't come out of the kitchen; there were only two tables left.

21/02/2026: My family and I have been going there for years, and it's always just as good. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly, the welcome is wonderful, and the view is sublime. The prices are reasonable for the excellent food they offer.

24/01/2026: The food was good, and the ingredients were decent, but not up to the standard of fine dining, neither in terms of preparation nor presentation. The service was a real drawback: no welcome, cold, distant, and sometimes even slightly disdainful table service, forced smiles, a few service errors, and an overall approach more akin to a brasserie. It's a shame, as it truly spoiled what should have been a pleasant experience.

08/12/2025: While the food was decent, the staff was incompetent, completely disrespectful, and discriminatory. Among other things, there were transphobic remarks. After a slow service, when my friend and I went to pay for our meal, the waiter laughed at us, saying to his bartender colleague, "Hello, my name is Robert," and then said goodbye, "Goodbye, gentlemen."

22/01/2026: Despite the crowds, the service was quick and efficient. My dish, simple but well-prepared and piping hot, was quite good. The place is rather noisy, but that's somewhat to be expected in this type of restaurant. It was still difficult to have a conversation. The only minor hiccup was that I didn't get my coffee 😉... No big deal.

15/02/2026: It's Valentine's Day! The goal today isn't to seduce someone to seal the deal, to turn into a young rake, but to celebrate our love after more than fifty years together. So, no messing around: let's go to a master chef, let's spend a romantic evening serenaded by piano music, let's go to GU. We made a reservation online ten days before the evening to secure a shared table. Three large ice cubes in our already chilled tomato juice accompany an amuse-bouche (?) in the form of two ridiculous little verrines whose containers are perplexing. The starter, "Gratin of Scallops from the Boulogne Boat," is more like a boat, with a very pronounced mushroom flavor that overpowers the taste of the scallop. The dark brown edges of the plate are evidence of a dish that has been reheated. This starter, however, is not. Delicious foie gras, but unfortunately, we couldn't share it to compensate because there was only one slice of toast. The fish and sauerkraut were cooked perfectly. For dessert, the crepes were difficult to eat with a spoon and therefore not very tasty. The crème brûlée, however, wasn't finished. As you can see, there's no love affair between us and GU, and it won't last.

17/02/2026: We were completely unfamiliar with Auberge des Sources, and it was a wonderful discovery. I booked a rather late Valentine's Day table, and despite this, the staff were kind enough to find us a table for two. The initial phone call was already very pleasant and professional, which promised a lovely evening. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles and attentive service. The service was impeccable throughout the meal: present without being intrusive, and attentive to every detail. From start to finish, the meal was a true delight. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, each dish was carefully prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The meat was particularly tender and cooked to perfection. The set menu offered for the occasion provided excellent value for money, making the experience even more enjoyable. We had a magnificent evening in a pleasant and welcoming setting. A huge thank you to the entire team at Auberge des Sources for their warm welcome, professionalism, and the quality of the food. We will definitely return and highly recommend this establishment.

21/10/2025: Nice, pleasant restaurant, with a varied traditional menu and a good daily special at an affordable price. Responsive and pleasant service. The plates are a bit small, however. A small downside was the brownie, which ultimately wasn't a brownie (but was still very good).

17/02/2026: A fantastic on-road restaurant with great value food. This isn't a gastro stop but it's well made home style food and offers amazing value. They do one fixed 'menu' over lunch - which suited us perfectly (sometimes it's nice to have choice removed). Our waitress spoke three languages and was SUPER lovely - service was great. Cheeseboard was an amazing part of the menu. Brilliant value and we would return again if we pass by, for sure! Also, they said we could stay in the car park overnight if we had lunch, in our motorhome/camping car, if we needed to and there was plenty of space and rubbish bins (it's used by trucks). We might do that next time!
