25/02/2026: A very warm welcome at Le Boute en Train! A friendly atmosphere with a real "bouillon" vibe, simple and welcoming, just the way we like it. The value for money is quite reasonable: €92 for three people including aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, and wine. A pleasant place to have a good time without breaking the bank. 😊

07/12/2025: This café is a real gem: a lovely setting with a large, sunny terrace offering a direct view of the beautiful Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. The food is good, but the highlight is the service: it's excellent, quick, and attentive. A must-visit for lunch in the sun or a delicious break. I highly recommend it!

03/02/2026: I have never been treated so badly in my life as I was as a guest at this restaurant. We had to wait an extremely long time before we were even served. The food and drinks were simply dumped on the table without any courtesy. When we asked the waitress for the bill, she silently placed the receipt on the table and then ignored us for about 30 minutes. In the end, we put the money on the table ourselves and left. I wouldn't have wanted to leave a tip in such a situation – but apparently, this is their preferred way of treating guests. The food was okay, but nothing special. I can only advise against visiting this restaurant. German-speaking guests, in particular, seem to be unwelcome here.

28/11/2025: My favorite restaurant in Lyon for years: sophisticated cuisine, always with just the right amount of boldness. They often have game, but also more classic dishes, and they're very welcoming to vegetarians if you let them know in advance. The service is impeccable, attentive, and discreet, and the setting is lovely: hardwood floors, a French-style ceiling, and plenty of space. A hearing-impaired member of our group actually had a great evening at a restaurant there for once!

04/01/2026: We had a wonderful experience eating at this village inn. The place is decorated like a typical country house, even with a wood-burning stove in winter. The food is tasty and plentiful, while still having a homemade feel. The service was exemplary and prompt. They also have a playpen for children.
