27/05/2026: Gorgeous food and well selected wines served by the lovely owner and multi-lingual waiter. We were lucky enough to sit on the terrace during a warm evening with a blissful view of the sun setting on the mountains. The soufflé was a particular stand-out!

The welcome was truly personalized, even from the moment I made the reservation, which is rare and something I really appreciated. Every dish is homemade, from appetizer to dessert, and it shows! I particularly enjoyed the seafood sauerkraut, a real treat that reflects the chef's passion for cooking. The service was impeccable: the waitresses were attentive, professional, and always smiling, which added to the restaurant's friendly atmosphere. In short, Le Gavroche is a place where you feel comfortable, with delicious food and excellent service. I left delighted and I can't wait to go back and try more of their dishes!

06/05/2026: We loved our dinner at L'Emulsion. A semi-gastronomic experience, worthy of a top chef. The blend of flavors and textures, the presentation, the simple and friendly service... All this in a magnificent vaulted cellar setting surrounded by exposed brick... So typical of Toulouse! Go without hesitation for a romantic meal :) I also noticed they have a room at the back that can be reserved for private events!

08/12/2025: While the food was decent, the staff was incompetent, completely disrespectful, and discriminatory. Among other things, there were transphobic remarks. After a slow service, when my friend and I went to pay for our meal, the waiter laughed at us, saying to his bartender colleague, "Hello, my name is Robert," and then said goodbye, "Goodbye, gentlemen."

26/05/2026: We recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel and had a fantastic experience. With only 17 rooms, the hotel has a wonderful, intimate vibe that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We stayed in a family room. It has more than enough space for two adults and two children. We visited during a particularly hot weekend with temperatures hitting 32°C, so we were incredibly relieved to find that the air conditioning was excellent and powerful, which is certainly not something you can take for granted in Paris! Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. As someone who truly values a good shower and a cool room, I was very happy. The breakfast was also a highlight. It was great and provided a perfect start to our mornings. I want to give a special commendation to the staff. They were absolutely wonderful, authentically nice, and incredibly hospitable throughout our stay. Both in the hotel and the restaurant downstairs. For those considering the location: if it is your first time in Paris, it is worth noting that the hotel is a bit further from the city center. However, if you are familiar with the city or looking for a more local, authentic experience, the 10th district has a fantastic vibe that we absolutely loved. I also wanted to address a concern for those traveling with family members who have mobility issues. I had read some conflicting reviews regarding accessibility, but I am pleased to report that the stairwell was perfectly fine for us. It is quite large and features a sturdy handrail, so it was completely doable for my mother, even with her mobility challenges. We were on the second floor and had no issues at all. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Paris. Highly recommended!
