08/09/2026: Nothing special, Swiss prices, awful coffee. The lemonade was very good.

04/09/2026: Booked early (3-4 weeks ahead of time) to secure the terrace view, which absolutely lived up to expectations! A beautiful spot for sunset. The food is locally sourced and well-prepared, and very much feels like home cooking rather than fine dining. Friendly service and lovely atmosphere.

07/09/2026: What a find!!! Please, if you have the chance, visit this amazing restaurant. The welcome is warm, humorous and generous. The food is quite literally out of this world. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and were delighted by the food and drink (all from the region) which we enjoyed at La Bonne Excuse. Simlply superb...you owe it to yourselves if you are within a days' journey to eat here. The food, the wine, everything was stunning. Thanks to the whole team for such a superb meal.. There's also a display of paintings (painter is at work on landscapes while you eat) ns other artwork. Genuinely wish I could visit regularly (but we live in England - our fault!)

05/10/2026: We had a very pleasant meal at Le Biniou, a restaurant that works with local producers, which is very important these days, supporting short supply chains and good quality. The dishes are excellent, generous, and beautifully presented. The value for money is very good. The icing on the cake is the absolutely magnificent sea view; the sea is just a stone's throw away, perfect for a short stroll afterward. I recommend it 300%!

04/10/2026: We had dinner at Biniou on a Saturday night, just the two of us, and it was a very pleasant experience! We chose two set menus at €38 each; the value for money was unbeatable. The dishes were beautifully presented and generous, and the dessert was a delicious way to finish the meal. The front-of-house staff was fantastic; all the servers were very kind, smiling, and attentive. A superb experience—I highly recommend it!

11/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at Restaurant des Maures! We had a fantastic time. We started with an Imperial beer with candied chestnuts and a chestnut kir, original and delicious specialties. For the main courses, the wild boar stew with chestnuts was flavorful and perfectly cooked, as were the tender and generous pork ribs. To finish, the gourmet coffee was a real treat. The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere convivial. The entire team was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Collobrières.

Not to mention the other dishes. But beyond the pizzas and other dishes, it's also the warm welcome and the team—Mireille, Maeva, Aurélie, and Jeremy—that make it special. The welcome, the quality of the food, the smiles, and the kindness of all the staff transported us to Saigon in less than five minutes. My husband quickly struck up a friendship with the owner, and they reminisced about the country of their birth. The atmosphere and the delicious dishes delighted our son and granddaughter as much as we did! We will gladly return.

09/07/2026: My Mom told me about this restaurant and five years after she ate here it is still just as delicious! Amazing quality of fresh food prepared like fine cuisine. Not at all expensive. Friendly, accommodating service. Eat here as often as you can in different seasons to enjoy the chef’s changing menu. The July 2026 menu features a tuna dish and an artichoke appetizer to try, the porc is fantastic too and served with the freshest peas we have ever eaten. Heavenly desserts too!
