24/04/2026: Some dishes arrive in the dining room promising a journey, while others, alas, leave you stranded on the tarmac. This couscous belongs to the latter category. The first sign is unmistakable: a pale, timid, almost translucent broth, as if it had spent its life apologizing for existing. Where one expects a generous infusion of spices, a whisper of coriander, a hint of ras-el-hanout, one finds only vaguely perfumed, hesitant, shallow water. The broth of couscous is its soul. Here, the soul seems to have taken a vacation. The semolina, though docile and well-rolled, desperately seeks an aromatic companion to cling to. The impeccably cut vegetables float in a liquid that reveals nothing. As for the meats, they seem to have been invited to a dinner party where no one thought to turn on the lights. One leaves this dish with the impression of having tasted a sketch, a rough draft of couscous, a watered-down version of a culinary masterpiece that deserves breadth, warmth, richness, and character. In short: a couscous that ticks all the boxes… except for flavor. Chef, allow me a remark that is intended to be constructive, almost benevolent, but nonetheless essential: your couscous broth lacks substance, depth, that warm, spicy voice that makes the entire dish resonate. Today, it seems too thin, too timid, like an aromatic rough draft that doesn't dare speak. Couscous, on the other hand, demands a broth that tells a story, that asserts itself, that envelops the semolina and vegetables in a generous aroma, and that sacred slowness that allows the flavors to mingle, to thicken, to become a narrative. In a word: give it character. Let it be denser, more fragrant, more vibrant. Let it cease to be mere flavored hot water and become the beating heart of the couscous, the one that draws guests back before they've even put down their forks. Your couscous has potential. All it needs is a broth that finally dares to be itself.

18/06/2026: After having lunch with colleagues, we all agreed: it was very mediocre. The set menu was very light and lacked real flavor. What a shame.

02/05/2026: My worst restaurant experience ever. It seems this restaurant doesn't always work with the same chef. We got the wrong one: tasteless amuse-bouches, crayfish that were like papier-mâché, undercooked, floating, and flavorless. Dry, overcooked eel, the same for the poultry, defrosted, uncooked side dishes, tasteless asparagus, industrial-style dauphinoise potatoes, mushroom duxelles, and brown, overly salty garlic butter. All this with incredibly slow service and an exorbitant price for such mediocrity. At this point, they've reached the limits of deception.

30/06/2026: As soon as you arrive near this establishment, nestled in the countryside, you can't help but be struck by its magic. Lush greenery abounds and is meticulously maintained (for the needs of the golf course, among other things). A large pond has provided a home for a family of Canada geese, and the historic buildings boast exquisite architecture. This privileged location exudes tranquility. After a short walk from the parking lot, we strolled past a good portion of the buildings to reach the restaurant entrance. The welcome was impeccable. We discovered a large, bright dining room lined with bay windows, offering ample space between the tables. Throughout the meal, the service was exceptionally professional, flawless, and discreet, befitting the Michelin star it has held for many years. The pace of the service was perfect. We opted for the seven-course tasting menu, which also included the welcome bites, amuse-bouche, petits fours, and the small homemade chocolate served with coffee. Not forgetting to mention that the seventh course, dessert, consists of a pre-dessert and the dessert itself. With each course, a new work of art is presented to our eyes and then our palates. This menu is simply phenomenal. But how could we not highlight one of the chef's signature dishes, the "oyster...caviar" combination? A pure marvel, freshness, texture, exceptional flavors—this dish alone is worth the trip. We experienced a truly great gastronomic moment. Bravo and thank you, Chef, and to your team.

12/06/2026: A fantastic find, a far cry from fast-food waffles. The ingredients were excellent, organic, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The €19.50 deal includes a savory waffle, a sweet waffle, a drink, and a coffee – what more could you ask for! Plus, the owner is really friendly. I highly recommend it, and it's located in a great, quiet neighborhood!

Unfortunately, all I got was very basic, bordering on mediocre… I didn't come here to eat a simple veal escalope with a watery veal stock sauce 💧. For that, there's something called a cafeteria. Basically, it's 80s food at 2026 prices. Pizzas made with their hair blowing in the wind 💨, no chef's hat or anything, and no apron. The service is beachy 🏖️. That, unfortunately, sums up my experience.

20/06/2026: The service was very warm and friendly. They also handle German customers well. The food was delicious, arrived quickly, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. From tarte flambée to veal schnitzel – everything was very good.
