28/08/2024: Endroit très agréable. Nous nous sommes régalés. Le personnel a été super sympathique à notre écoute. Les crêpes et galettes sont très bien garnies, copieuses, avec des produits frais, bio et de qualité. Pour un tarif tout à fait abordable. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

23/08/2024: une carte trop simple pas de jambon a la carte des galettes ultra fines et peu garnies, on ressort avec la faim décevant pas de produits locaux

21/05/2025: Incredible!!! It's warm, it's delicious, it's generous, and it's good value for money. The welcome is as incredible as the roasted Camembert. I highly recommend this place.

09/07/2025: We prepared the meal for our child's baptism. The restaurant is close to nature, peaceful, with a welcoming terrace. All the guests and we were delighted and very satisfied with the dishes served to us. We had a great time! And the wedding cake was a success! (Congratulations to the pastry chef) The team is very professional, welcoming, cheerful, and kind, which created a great atmosphere. We highly recommend this restaurant, which met our expectations. The owners were attentive to our needs and were flexible and responsive! Top-notch! We look forward to seeing you again very soon.

06/07/2025: Superb, generous cod aioli. A small portion of duck tataki, but well cooked. Evening ruined by a lot of flies!

24/11/2024: I have never stopped at This area before so was meeting a friend in the area so we came here. The both of us just had teas which were nice. Its super pretty and night time and thee was guys out playing boules.

19/11/2024: Most ridiculous prices. If you’re going to charge 7 euro for a glass of sparkling water at least hang wool blankets on the chairs instead of disgusting plastic ones. Fake plastic flowers, so tacky. I live on Place Dauphine and wish there was a nice place to have a coffee in the morning. Go to Taverne Henri IV and spare yourself the trouble.

27/09/2024: we came 2 minutes before their kitchen closed and they still managed to get us a spot and let us order. the food was the best food we’ve had in weeks. everything was cooked to perfection, the wine was amazing. upon leaving one of the people working even wrote us a list of other places to eat. the space is so cute and intimate. it was perfect!!!

25/09/2024: I love this place! Café Les Deux Gares has fed me so many times, and it's always been amazing! Every meal is a pleasant surprise, and it never disappoints. The staff are super friendly, and the seasonal dishes are always creative. Honestly, just perfect—thanks for being here!

05/12/2024: De l'excellente cuisine à Angoulême servi dans un cadre très agréable. Chez Paul est proche du palais de justice d'Angoulême, et le personnel qui y travaille est très professionnel et bien élevé. Tenue impeccable. Distance et humour. La cuisine est exquise, l'œuf parfait dans un velouté de potimarron, le tartare revisité avec sa panière de frites, le suprême de volaille aux pleurotes et sa petite purée, le saumon, etc. Que de belles réussites parfaitement maitrisées. Les vins proposés qui accompagnent cette super cuisine sont parfaitement associés et bien sélectionnés. La pâtisserie française est également très à l'honneur avec sa poire belle Hélène nappée de son chocolat chaud fondu, mais aussi une surprise exotique avec un dessert à la pulpe d'ananas. Le patron (collectionneur de vins et de cognacs) ainsi que son équipe vous accueilleront très bien. Justiciables, vous venez de perdre votre procès et beaucoup d'argent : venez vous consoler chez Paul. Avocats, votre client vient de prendre perpétuité quand vous lui promettiez 6 mois avec sursis : venez vous consoler chez Paul. Magistrats, vos mérites objectifs ne sont pas reconnus par vos collègues ou par le syndicat national de la magistrature : venez les oublier chez Paul fabricant de bonne humeur !

30/11/2024: Rapport qualité prix correct. Produits frais et bien cuisinés. Menu à 39€ : carpaccio de saumon, cabillaud et île flottantes (excellent dessert). Bon accueil, service rapide et efficace. Peut-être un peu cher mais cuisine honorable.

16/09/2024: Belle découverte. une bonne table tenue par "des retraités" qui ont repris l'activité après quelques mois de repos car le contact avec les clients leur manquait. Un très bon accueil et une bonne cuisine.
