02/05/2026: Very disappointed with this place. From the aperitif, where I was brought a vermouth instead of a Negroni without being told, accompanied by a single potato chip stuck in a kernel of corn. The dishes were good but ridiculously small on the plate. The coffee was brought without sugar, accompanied by three small pieces of chocolate, for two people. And the bill was presented even though they knew it was a gift. I won't be going back.

17/05/2026: We organized a friend's birthday party there. The platters and tapas were delicious, the service was perfect, the atmosphere pleasant, and the place welcoming. We were informed over the phone that it was €25 per person for the evening, including the platters, tapas, etc. There were 10 of us, and we also ordered bottles of wine. When it came time to pay, we were told it was €25 (for the platters and appetizers) plus €25 for the private use of the venue. This information wasn't provided over the phone, nor was the cost of the private use explained. We were disappointed by this. After speaking with the person there, she contacted her manager, who agreed to charge us only €25 for the platters, tapas, etc. We strongly regret not having received this clear information over the phone or on the website, as it's not mentioned anywhere! Despite a pleasant evening and a delicious pre-dinner drink, we will not return there; deceptive business practices are not one of our values.

16/05/2026: Warning: To start with the positives: a very pleasant place, quality products and service. Now for the negatives, beware! My friend, who was celebrating her birthday, booked the mezzanine on the first floor. The bar owner told her the price would be €25 per person, including tapas (this is a set menu, as indicated on the website, for groups of €25 per person). But when it came time to pay, the waiter told us the price per person would be at least €70 because there was an additional €50 private booking fee per person. This is never mentioned on the website, and the owner never spoke to my friend about it on the phone! So be wary of this bar, which will try to add €50 per person at the end for groups, without having discussed it beforehand or mentioned it online! Go there for a drink, but not to book the entire place for a private event!

14/07/2026: I had four meals in Dijon during my vacation, three of which were eaten near the food market. This simple restaurant was discovered by us after visiting the market, and it turned out to be the most satisfying meal I have ever had here. The service personnel are polite, responsive, enthusiastic, and attentive. And the food is also fresh, with a delicious taste. It is worth mentioning that this restaurant's pricing is very fair and reasonable.

07/06/2026: Once again in Dijon, this time with a group. Where to go on Saturday evening? Les3Bures, of course! Even at short notice, we managed to book for eight people, and just like last year, everything was perfect: excellent service, delicious food, and good wines. To top it all off, the owner treated us to a digestif. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back on our next visit to Dijon! 🥂🍷👍
