09/10/2026: I was very disappointed by this experience. The service was far too slow, and to top it all off, the tartlet was particularly dry and frankly disappointing in taste. The welcome was also subpar, with unfriendly staff. Between the interminable wait, the poor quality of the food, and the lack of courtesy, nothing was up to par. A disappointing experience from beginning to end. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment and I will not be returning.

09/09/2026: We just had our last meal in Paris started with oysters and champagne, and escargot.For mains my wife had the grilled veal with salad, I had the Tournedos Rossini with frites and a lovely Pinot Noir all cooked so very well by our lovely owner who made the night, she was so very friendly a night to remember. Definitely recommended

05/09/2026: It's all well and good to use Uber, but being unable to explain why and how the order didn't arrive is completely unprofessional. No tracking on Uber, fine, but you're supposed to know who you're entrusting the order to and be responsible for checking if the customer received it. It's shameful because we get ripped off quite a bit this way!

12/10/2026: Fantastic restaurant! We ate there as a family and all the dishes were delicious. In the photo, you can see the vegetarian penne with ratatouille, topped with melted mozzarella: a delight! The desserts were also all very good, with a special mention for the New York cheesecake. Furthermore, all the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

28/09/2026: It's very unfortunate to see the terrace being cleaned so frequently with excessive amounts of water and cleaning products, even during periods of severe drought. Occasional cleaning with water is certainly understandable, but the almost daily use of these products raises concerns, especially considering that the water flowing through the drains ends up in the Verdon River. In such an exceptional and fragile natural environment, a little more care would be truly appreciated.

23/10/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and were drawn in by the decor, so we approached out of curiosity. The prices on the menu seemed reasonable, so we decided to go in… and what a pleasant surprise! The welcome was very warm and the interior decor is superb. All the dishes are homemade and truly delicious: simple, efficient, and flavorful. As a couple with our two children, we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place.

13/05/2026: We stayed here during a long cycling tour (UK-France-Germany-Switzerland). Friendly staff, very nice room, and good breakfast. We didn't have dinner here, so I can't comment on that. The bike garage is a bit small if there are many cyclists staying overnight. However, the bikes can certainly be stored outside. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the famous Bénouville bridge and less than 10 km from Ouistreham.

14/10/2026: Nice restaurant but the plates are less generously filled in my opinion and lack refinement, beef bourguignon not up to par, disappointed, we'll see how it goes over time, worth encouraging.

16/07/2026: Honestly, a fantastic place! I had a wonderful time from start to finish. The setting is really lovely, the decor is tasteful, and the background music is just perfect: it creates a super friendly atmosphere. The dishes were excellent, beautifully presented, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. The service is top-notch; the staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly attentive. It's the kind of restaurant I'll definitely return to. I recommend it 100%; you won't be disappointed!

16/10/2026: A wonderful discovery for a weekday lunch. €19 for a main course and dessert, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Generous portions, beautifully presented, and high-quality ingredients. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was quick. I will gladly return.

07/10/2026: We come to this restaurant as a family once a year. Reading the reviews, we noticed comments expressing a similar feeling. The dishes were excellent, despite a slight reservation about the hanger steak, which could have been a little more tender. The welcome, however, was considerably less pleasant. The owner was cold, unsmiling, and unfriendly, whereas her attitude was different with regular customers. We did, however, receive a smile… when it came time to pay the bill. The restaurant experience isn't just about what's on the plate; the quality of the welcome, the friendliness, and the attention paid to customers are integral to the pleasure of dining out. This will be our last visit.

01/10/2026: It is a restaurant that I started to compose this review in my head once I start tasting the dishes. It was exceptional! I was a bit nervous reading the recent comments. But honestly, the culinary skills of the chefs were exceptional! They made me dance while enjoying them. The signature starter was such a surprise - running eggs with bacon and walnuts. What a combination! They gave generous amount of bread, which I can’t help only finish half of them. The beef main was generous portion. Not to mention the amazing creamy smell easily catch your attention. The layered potatoes were stuffed with cheese and bacon. So flavorful! The beef was carefully cooked - rare and tender! The sauce matched with it really well. I can’t help but close my eyes to enjoy it. During having my main, I have already started thinking of coming back. I am too full to order dessert. The red wine was also so so good! It is such a high quality of fine dining. The interior is gorgeous too! People mentioned about the service. To be fair, it is such a busy restaurant, with lots of locals dining there, and with only one waitress. I feel sorry for her. The chef served the starter and main himself to me, and helped me pay. This is how short of staff they are at the moment. I do think they are trying their best to serve well. But for a restaurant like this size, I think they need at least two more staff. With the price for this quality of food and atmosphere, I am more than happy to give them a five star!

23/09/2026: My first dining experience here at café Jeanne was so amazing! Our host Daphne was so kind when she heard I was traveling to different park Hyatts she personally gave me a tour of the hotel and all of the new restaurants. Such amazing service! Emeline our waiter was also so professional and friendly she gave amazing recommendations with a smile and was very attentive to us. Food here was such high quality and they even gave complimentary starters. Definitely will come here again and highly recommend🔥
