12/12/2025: Quite disappointed with this restaurant. The aperitif and main course service was very quick. Dessert took much longer. One dish was missing when they were served. The quality of the food was disappointing. The burger was bland, the fries had an unremarkable texture, and the dessert was unremarkable. Furthermore, it was also very noisy.

10/10/2025: A very friendly welcome and a warm setting. The fried carp, local please, is a real delight, and served as much as you can. But from the start, the plate is generous. Asking for more would be either excessive gluttony or sin. The daily special is not lacking either. Located along the N57, it's an easy stopover. Leaving Vesoul towards Luxeuil, park 50m before the restaurant; an access ramp allows you to do so.

09/06/2025: For my daughter's wedding, we first had the opportunity to taste the wines to help us decide what to choose. The welcome was perfect and very friendly. The wines offered were just perfect, and it was a joy to taste them. As for the wedding itself, which took place on June 7th, everything was perfect! The welcome, the room decor, the aperitif, the cocktails, the toasts and other treats, the meal, the wines, the cheese buffet, and the dessert buffet... Everything was absolutely delicious!!! A huge thank you to Céline and her team: you were there from start to finish, attentive to our every need, available at all times, and always with big smiles. 27/05/2025: Warm welcome, I arrived at 2 p.m. (end of service) and was served anyway. Delicious fish and chips, and plentiful too. Thanks to the whole team. As soon as I get back from Nancy, I'll be right there. And on time this time.

24/10/2025: The restaurant was very well received and clean, but the food was basic, hence the rating. It would really be worth improving the food and the quantity.

15/01/2026: Florida Beach is a bit of a place where locals test their tans and their balance on pebbles simultaneously. A pleasant and peaceful beach, ideal for swimming, strolling, or simply lying down with a sea view without having to negotiate every inch of sand with a crowd of tourists. In terms of practicality, access is easy and the facilities are basic: showers, a few benches, and parasols to share as if it were some kind of mini-Olympics of patience. The prices are ridiculously low for a public beach, so enjoyment is guaranteed at minimal cost—provided you like walking on pebbles. In short: a tranquil beach, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sea, and practicing the subtle sport of "pebble jogging"—your ankles will thank you… or not.

06/10/2025: Unfortunately, the beach in Nice has no sand, only large pebbles. I had imagined it would be nicer, but that's certainly a matter of taste...

22/08/2025: I admit, it doesn't necessarily deserve 5 stars, but I gave it one for one detail: the atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was at my grandparents' house. As for the food: from the quiche Lorraine to the floating island, including the beef bourguignon, cheese, aperitif, wine, and a little coffee finish... all for two, for less than €60. Let's just say I left feeling light-hearted, with a full stomach, and a smile on my face. I wouldn't recommend it if you're the "fart-fart, I'm nitpicking because my fork has a trace of limescale" type... but if you're a bon vivant, with the "we're here to have a good time" attitude, then go for it!

08/08/2025: An excellent, relaxing and peaceful spot. The staff was very friendly. We sat at the tables under the large trees; it was very pleasant. We had organic drinks, but we didn't eat because it was just for a short break after going to the nearby forest. There's a pool table in the bar. There's a pétanque court in the park across the street. There's plenty of parking. There's a terrace behind the restaurant and another in front. I recommend it!

10/12/2025: In a soothing and hushed atmosphere, this discreet little restaurant promises a delightful experience. The meals are delicious, exceptionally refined and of outstanding quality. As for the main courses, special mention goes to the Wagyu beef, as tender as butter, and the appetizer with beets and carrots, which was exceptional. In short, a wonderfully relaxing moment to leave in a good mood.
