Special mention to Louise, whom we've dealt with several times; it's always a pleasure to have her with us. Her smile and kindness are truly heartwarming! 01/08/2024: We arrived at 9:45 p.m. to eat quickly. On site the opening hours were 11:30 p.m. restaurant closing time and 10:30 p.m. kitchen closing time. We were refused on the grounds that the time was not valid on site because it had been changed by consumers and we were told the kitchen closed at 9:30 p.m. while the restaurant closed at 11:30 p.m. Find the mistake !!??

03/12/2025: I went to this establishment exclusively for a spa treatment. I received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and the spa staff were highly professional, attentive, and discreet. Alina took care of me at the spa and gave me a massage. She is a true professional who takes excellent care of her clients, attentive and highly skilled in facial treatments. She listens attentively and offers thoughtful touches: a real ray of sunshine. The massage table is heated, and the towels and blankets are soft. The products are high-quality Nuxe. To finish, a quiet moment with herbal tea is offered in a small lounge. A very beautiful experience.

30/11/2025: An incredible weekend that allowed us to truly relax and escape the everyday. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, always greeting us with a big smile. Our room was perfect; perhaps a mini-fridge would have been a nice addition, but that's a minor detail. The spa area also impressed us, especially the Nordic bath, which was very pleasant. We will definitely be back!

12/12/2024: Food not bad at all, apparently homemade. The waiter who took care of me was very accommodating and friendly. I thank him for his thoughtfulness towards me during my visit. Experience to be repeated.

09/12/2025: Disappointed with the welcome, the service, and the cocktails! However, the atmosphere was nice, with football matches being shown and games playing!

09/12/2025: After visiting the Sunday market, we were looking for a cozy place to have a coffee and relax. There weren't many cafes in the area, so we ended up in this old, neighborhood brasserie. The atmosphere inside is beautiful, it's an authentic and not touristy place. We had hot chocolate and a tart. A great place to spend some time after the market.

08/12/2025: Neighborhood brasserie, friendly welcome. The food was decent, nothing special; the vegetable soup was too peppery and therefore inedible, but I paid for it anyway (no compensation offered).

10/12/2025: Everything was perfect, we ate extremely well, were very well received by the staff, I highly recommend this place!

11/01/2026: I had booked two nights at this hotel, but I was unable to keep my reservation due to the cancellation of all trains (Storm Goretti). Despite this unforeseen circumstance, the hotel refused any free or reduced-fee cancellation and charged me for the entire stay, completely oblivious to the reality (that everyone was unable to come!). I find this customer service deplorable, hence this review… It's a shame, the hotel looked nice, but the service was lacking.

30/12/2025: A simple dinner; excellent products, suppliers, and a variety of dishes. I highly recommend it.

22/08/2025: We had a wonderful welcome at Le Serre, which we discovered last night. The staff and the atmosphere are so friendly! We enjoyed a delicious tomato and mozzarella toast salad, followed by a perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented salmon tartare. To round off this delicious meal, we had an exquisite peach pavlova. What a treat! Bravo to the chef! And thank you to the entire team for their warm and friendly welcome. We will definitely return to Le Serre during our next stay in Villefranche!

15/01/2026: Beef cheek dish: 3 small potatoes and a carrot with shredded beef cheek. For €26 per person, I expected a more substantial portion. Deconstructed lemon tart: really not much on the plate and €9. Have a good day.
