01/10/2026: A charming little wine bar with a very nice wine list. Perfect place for a date, with small plates to share and orange wine for those who like it.

25/09/2026: Gros is no more, and it's truly sad. This iconic restaurant, where people used to come for a starter, main course, dessert, and a little Calvados to enjoy with a (or more) good bottle of wine, is now just a shadow of its former self. The restaurant is gone: now, you nibble on small plates to share while sipping a glass of wine chosen from a rather expensive, even prohibitively priced, wine list. In short, Gros has become a simple bar with a terrace. While there's certainly been an effort to improve the quality of the food, it's such a disappointment to see the spirit of this place disappear.

With only three dishes on the menu, you're guaranteed a completely homemade, original meal made with local ingredients. What a delight... and such a warm welcome, thank you so much! 😍 (I usually take great photos of the presentation, but I might have been too impatient to try everything!)
