You feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The welcome is truly friendly, warm, and attentive, with efficient yet relaxed service. This is exactly what we appreciate in a restaurant: kindness, simplicity, and the feeling of being genuinely welcomed. We were also very satisfied with the food. The dishes are flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented, with a pleasant and generous cuisine that truly showcases the ingredients. Everything is designed to allow you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace, without rushing. We also loved the overall atmosphere of the restaurant: convivial, peaceful, with a touch of holiday and seaside charm that makes you want to linger. In short, a place where you eat well, receive a warm welcome, and simply have a wonderful time. We will gladly return on our next trip to the region. An address we recommend without hesitation!

19/09/2026: A skate wing that melted like butter, snails with Camembert that were to die for, gingerbread with salted butter... absolutely divine. An unusual place and a warm welcome.

31/08/2026: The waiter was incredibly rude and aggressive towards people walking by. It doesn't make you want to come back.

27/08/2026: We were having a quiet drink on the terrace this morning when the owner completely berated a passerby who was talking to a man in a car. He made a real scene. What a mentality! This shopkeeper has a serious aggression problem… We were very disappointed and will never set foot in there again!

07/10/2026: The welcome was very friendly. The service was impeccable. The meal was delicious! 😋😋 And I'd also like to add that I really appreciated the restrooms. They are very well maintained. The hygiene, cleanliness, and atmosphere are impeccable. The decor is lovely. You could stay there forever...😁😁 The staff is very pleasant and helpful. To recognize us, look for the two ladies by the window (no onions, shallots, or garlic).

30/09/2026: A quick Google reminder today: I realized I never got around to leaving a review after my visit here, almost exactly a year ago. Yet I have wonderful memories of it. A great menu, excellent food, and a place definitely worth a visit. If my travels ever take me back to the North, alone or with company, I already know I'll gladly make a detour to Mouchin to come back. Because if there's one thing that stands out in this town, it's this restaurant. 😉

30/09/2026: The restaurant itself was perfect; we came at the beginning of the year and everything was fine. It's the café/bar area that really bothers us. I come on Thursdays with friends for coffee after our trip to the market. We've been several times now, and each time it's the same story: the young woman who serves us is barely friendly (and I'm being generous). No smile, no response to our greeting, which is the bare minimum. What's more, we barely have time to place our order before she's already gone. And to top it all off, when we ask her (when she brings our order) if she could add two glasses of water to our coffees, we get a rather unwelcoming sigh. It's a real shame because the place is worth a visit, but the young woman's frosty welcome has definitely put us off!

20/08/2026: A hidden spot of French cuisine in the alleys of Dunkirk. French old style soup, delicious appetizers and modern day dishes are available. Price fair and very good quality. The salmon appetizer has a smooth and soft taste. The soup is rich in ingredients with balance in mussels quantity. Stylish desserts to end your gastronomy trip. A must go cozy restaurant after a hard day at work.
