The sweet and savory breakfast is very good.
Clean room.
Spacious and clean bathroom.
Perhaps it lacks air conditioning to provide some relief during these recent hot days.

22/04/2026: Excellent and very affordable. There was only one server, but no wait between courses. They have a set menu on weekdays, so I'm not sure if it's suitable for vegetarians. I highly recommend it.
19/04/2026: We've used Loic and his entire team for various occasions: catering for our wedding, meals on-site, group meals, and each time the same high quality is guaranteed, both in terms of the food and the service. 24/09/2026: A small, old-fashioned suburban restaurant with very reasonable prices. I had a chili con carne which was extremely good, quick service, and a very reasonable €16 for the daily special. I highly recommend it.

15/06/2026: Two cold roast beef with mayonnaise, one chocolate mousse, and a quarter bottle of rosé for €53. Far too expensive. Perhaps there was a mistake (deliberate?) on the bill, requiring cash payment. No wonder there were only four of us...

24/10/2026: We liked the atmosphere and decided to get an aperitif. We have a wheelchair user in our group. The structure does have a lift for this kind of situation. The welcoming staff told us we could use it, but it did not work and the same staff just looked back at us and said told "no work". Zero interaction, zero respect. Carlton club 200m up front has had a very different answer and approach.

20/05/2026: Quiet and well-located hotel. Generous breakfast. It's a shame the spring mattress wasn't comfortable.
18/05/2026: The building is incredible, the welcome is very warm, the view from the restaurant, the spa (which I highly recommend, especially for the Nordic bath and its mountain view), and the rooms (we had a deluxe room) is simply sublime, no noise, the breakfast is very good and the room is magnificent, we loved it!!

Chaotic ordering and we had to ask 3 times before they brought the last 2 dishes, the rest of us had finished eating there
However, it was rectified with 2 free Armagnac
18/10/2026: A very warm welcome despite the crowds; they looked for a solution to satisfy a customer. A very nice menu blending regional and national specialties, and a wine list featuring the essential Arbois, for connoisseurs.
A must-visit in Besançon.
