04/06/2026: We had a very good meal on a Monday lunchtime on the terrace at the end of service. It was by far the best beef tartare we've ever had. A special mention for the fries cooked in beef fat. They were simply the best... The waiter was very professional, smiling, and pleasant. The waitress (the older of the two), however, was cold and brought me a tiny ramekin of mayonnaise that had formed a crust on top... Otherwise, go without hesitation; the terrace is lovely and the food is excellent. 👍👍

11/05/2026: We had a very pleasant stay at this well-maintained, historic hotel, ideally located within the city walls, where we received a warm welcome. Our room was functional and quiet, overlooking the patio. The breakfast was excellent, offering both sweet and savory options, fresh orange juice, and high-quality pastries and bread. Free parking and luggage storage were available. Highly recommended.

24/05/2026: A warm welcome. Everything was delicious! The oyster platter was perfect, with pickled onions. The mixed platter and vegetables were all excellent. The pike-perch with beurre blanc sauce was beyond superb, one of the best fish dishes I've ever had. We finished with ice cream, good classic flavors, nothing to complain about. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant. A lovely little terrace and landscaped garden complete the welcoming atmosphere.

29/06/2026: Restaurant with nice furnishing. Signature hot chocolate and Mont Blanc do not disappoint. Great egg benedict and crispy chicken. Friendly staff with prompt service.

27/06/2026: It is definitely fancy and a lovely building with a historic Parisian feel. Service was ok but someimes hard to find the busy staff. The desserts are pretty and mostly good. The image attached is of their signature sundae the “mont blanc” which initially seemed good but gave me food poisoning. Most likely they have inadequate food storage for the warmer summer days. This was noticeable as they had their air conditioning running but it was insanely hot in the restaurant, which unfortunately most likely led to the food poisoning. I would expect a better situation for both issues(room temp and proper food care) given the incredible amount of money the place makes which makes it quite disappointing.

11/04/2026: The buffet was a manageable size, but still very, very noisy. A bit pricey!

16/06/2026: Came on a Saturday around 12:30pm. There was a board outside advertising their homemade burgers. I went into the restaurant to order the burger menu and was told they didn't have the burger today because the chef wasn't there. Weird for a Saturday, but no problem. Tried to order a side of fries, but that wasn't available. Ok maybe only cold things available, no problem. Asked for a bagnat sandwich, not available. Asked for a smoked salmon bagel, not available. Does those require a chef too?? On IG they advertise that if the display case doesn't have the sandwich you want, they will make it fresh for you. Obviously not today! Ended up getting an overpriced chicken sandwich that was nothing special.

09/06/2026: Disappointed. Given the reviews and the hype surrounding homemade food, I was expecting a real treat... The bread was very dry and there wasn't much filling, but the quality was good. Over €13 for a set menu, a bit pricey for what I got.

26/04/2026: A 3-star hotel with excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. We had a magnificent sea view! However, the soundproofing could be improved (hence the 4-star rating). The staff is very pleasant. Breakfast was perfect (buffet with sweet and savory items, including homemade products). We didn't dine in the restaurant, but the dining room is very elegant, also offers a superb sea view, and the menu is enticing. We will definitely dine there next time! As this establishment is certified as bike-friendly, we were able to park our bikes securely, which was very convenient, but I must say that the underground storage area was not very easy to access.
