09/07/2025: The fish and chips and shrimp tempura were excellent. The coffee exceeded expectations. The service staff were always smiling and attentive!

29/12/2023: Très déçue! Les beepers qui ne sonnent pas, le gars à la grillade qui ne sait pas ce qu'il fait. Nous avons attendus 25 minutes pour des steaks hachés... et une côte de porc qui était complétement froide. Il y avait très peu de clients. Je l'ai ramenée pour en demander une autre et l'homme au grillades et son collègue à côté se sont moqués de moi ouvertement au lieu de s'excuser! Qualité de la nourriture très bof. En bref, n'allez pas au flunch, il y a Crescendo à Leclercl comme cafétéria pas loin qui est mieux, nourriture, propreté et surtout au niveau du personnel! Visité le 28 Décembre pour dinner.

27/12/2023: Tout était parfait, restaurant accueillant, personnel très aimable et souriant et cuisine excellente. Plus de 10 ans que je n'étais pas allée dans un fluch et je ne regrette pas 😁 Seul bémol les toilettes pas très propres... On reviendra ☺️

17/01/2025: Very good value for money, the food and service are very good and so is the setting. This restaurant allows you to eat well and quite quickly for lunch, it's very good so I recommend it!

15/12/2024: This restaurant is accessible even if you are not part of the hotel. Only one regret, having arrived “too late”. More veal, more tiramisu. But everything was announced when ordering 👍 Their local amber beer is excellent. Reasonable price for homemade.

12/02/2026: I had dinner there with my partner after seeing Jérémy Hababou's show at the Palais des Glaces – which I highly recommend – and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (I loved the very original gorgonzola pasta with pear, spinach, and hazelnuts, as well as the incredibly delicious seared meat). Simon, who served us, was particularly charming.

11/02/2026: Waited over 10 minutes on the terrace for a coffee. The manager comes and tells me, "€10 minimum by card, otherwise go across the street to the kebab shop, they make coffee." 🤷‍♂️

28/09/2024: Recommended by one of this restaurant's acquaintances, Nenin. We booked yesterday for the evening of September 28. First approach correct, but arrangement of our seats in a veranda at the entrance to the kitchens (noise, noisy cooks...). Being sick with a brain tumor, we told the very friendly waitress that we were sick and that we might get cold. She claims to make sure the back door is closed... First pass was the ventilation. The waitress went to see her boss, and despite his explanations we had to stay in this veranda. We left the place. Too bad for this lack of tolerance, 4 customers definitely absent.

28/09/2024: Hello.. Very disappointed with this place. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to taste their cuisine. Having reserved a table of 4 during our stay, we were given a pitiful table between the kitchens. Noisy and cold as a restaurant location. We called this nice waitress to explain to her that our friend was suffering from cancer and that she couldn't stand drafts. The boss, I think very unpleasant, refused to change tables. I find it unacceptable to find yourself on the sidelines without any consideration, like outcasts near the kitchens.. Lamentable and disappointing, in short I advise you against it

14/02/2026: A family stopover, a bit of a spur-of-the-moment find, and what a happy coincidence: a warm welcome, comfortable rooms, enthusiastic service, and a delicious dinner. The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone (crepes, pancakes, cold cuts, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, etc.). An address to remember and share.

28/12/2025: The room was advertised as being on the ground floor: false, as there are 5 steps. Furthermore, it's far from being a 3-star room: the shower and toilet doors don't close, the bin is completely dented, the armchair is full of holes, the pillow protector is stained and the cover is much too big.

03/09/2024: We go there from time to time. Always a nice restaurant to spend time with family or friends. Simple cuisine. The pizzas are very good. Large terrace.

22/11/2025: Le Ducis is permanently closed and replaced with Le Carre, mostly pizza and pasta dishes.

23/10/2025: Had their Cesar salad and an espresso. Amazing! Best espresso I've ever had I need to know what kind and where to buy those beans.

15/02/2026: Very friendly staff, a lovely neighborhood bar. Grim beer is €9.50 (ouch!), but happy hour brings the price down to €5. Not much else to say!

30/01/2026: A really nice and friendly place, great atmosphere, super friendly owner! Happy hour from 5 pm to 8 pm and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend it!

11/12/2024: I take my hat off to the person who was there I'm used to managing teams and I can tell you that this one. If I had a business in this region I guarantee you that I would poach it. The whole time we took our part she didn't stop working. Doing maintenance is friendly with customers always with a smile. In short, difficult to find these days...

06/11/2024: The setting is beautiful..the waitress is very unpleasant.. we waited for The cards received a tempered glass AND our dishes served last on this service when we reported the wait the response "chicken is Long" for me It's just a skewer so it cooks for 10 minutes maximum...the meat is tasteless, the curry powder sauce is finally a big disappointment for us.

06/11/2024: We had the Flemish carbonade which we enjoyed. The service is perfect and we were happy that there was just a table for 2 left for us. We recommend. Thanks for this break!

12/11/2024: I finally got a decent cup of coffee in Toulon=half milk and half coffee. If I order a latte/au lait, I usually get a straight espresso with some foam on top. Horrible. Bonus-- some of the servers speak English 😁😁😁😁! So rare in Toulon. Usually that is ok because I am here to practice my French. Nobody speaking English is the best way, except when you want a decent cup of coffee. I had also a terrific pain au raisin and an acceptable Asian salad all for 12 euros. I'll be back... with friends.

09/11/2024: Saturday November 9, 2024 it's 5:30 p.m., I'm a regular and neighbor of Maison Sarroche, as usual I'm going to get my baguette before going home and I can tell you that I understand the negative opinions about this place! A new saleswoman who does not smile when we smile at her who does not respond to our good evening (I was not alone all the people who entered after me said good evening to her but without answers!) so once I asked for my baguette I thanked her and wishes him a good evening well nothing no answer this saleswoman is an ice cream not a saleswoman! Please know, Miss, that if you don't want to smile or respond politely, you will hurt the brand, you are the mirrors and standard bearers of your employers! I will never set foot in Maison Sarroche again and I would advise against it because politeness is essential for me! I expect managers to do their best to train their staff. You had such a nice saleswoman who had to stop work due to pregnancy. This girl was great, smile and politeness personified! The others should take example since this saleswoman left I feel like I'm disturbing the news.

21/12/2025: What can I say? The andouillette sausage served as a starter was frozen (undercooked pork; I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to get tapeworms). The burger was awful: burnt, crusty bun, overcooked meat that fell apart and tasted rancid! The chicken was boiled and tasteless, and the pepper sauce had no pepper at all—it was just warm cream. Nothing is cooked properly, the cooking is disastrous, and the ingredients aren't fresh. In short, nothing is right, and the bill was exorbitant considering the poor quality. My stomach still hurts, and I can't digest the meal—I'm nauseous and have stomach cramps. Avoid this place at all costs! It's a disgrace!

03/01/2026: Lunch on January 2, 2026. The starter was very average. The main course was not only bad but frankly awful. We hoped the dessert would redeem it, but it was just as disappointing. A huge disappointment, and at €37 for the set menu, a rip-off.
