24/12/2025: Efficient, simple, good, and good value for money. Everything you could want in a bistro located right next to the train station!

20/10/2025: I've eaten there several times. The service is efficient, and the weekday lunch specials are affordable for the good quality food. The starter + main course or main course + dessert menu starts at €14.50, depending on the dish chosen. Desserts alone start at €4. One small drawback: the beans (instead of homemade fries) could be of better quality.

15/02/2026: There was a serious lack of consistency in the welcome and service; you could easily have a wonderful experience or a truly unpleasant one! Seated at a table right next to an old window, close to the drafts from the entrance, I was freezing... The service was slow and disorganized: amuse-bouches were rushed out without a word of courtesy, even though we had finished our drinks some time before... then a hot starter was served lukewarm, what a shame! The owner was haughty and unwelcoming.

25/01/2026: Excellent meal prepared by a truly great chef – please keep him! It had been a long time since we'd eaten so well. Not to mention the very warm welcome from the owner. We will gladly return.

26/11/2024: Un moment parfait! Dimanche midi, nous cherchons un resto avec une copine et en déambulant nous tombons sur le Marilyn ! Et nous en sommes très heureuses, tout a été parfait, de l'accueil jusqu'à notre départ ! Les plats sont délicieux, notre cocktail était également très bon. La serveuse: un vrai rayon de soleil! 🌼 Allez y les yeux fermés, super moment assuré !

06/11/2024: Lunch on the terrace. Pleasant and smiling staff. Quality products and cooked with originality. Vervain crème brûlée...hmmm Very good value for money, main course/dessert at €19. In short, it’s more than perfect, don’t change anything👍

04/01/2026: We just wanted to have coffee with some friends. At the entrance, a waiter told us we could only stay for 20 minutes or we'd have to eat. Honestly, what a great welcome! My friends ate, but I didn't. And on top of that, the service was slow. Disappointed by the welcome.

03/01/2026: We stopped by on a whim, and we're so glad we did. The waiter was friendly, and for starters we ordered the chef's special: the pâté en croûte, made by a chef who competed in the French and World Championships. It was absolutely delicious. The best pâté en croûte I've ever tasted! For our main course, we had the "Vosges Bomb" burger, which was tasty and full of flavor.

13/01/2026: We ate really well. It wasn't noisy. The restrooms were clean.

20/12/2025: Passing through Arras, and being a regular at Flunch, I was very disappointed. I ordered a rosti burger with brie, and I'm still looking for the brie. The ground beef was overcooked, and the wait was incredibly long even though there was no one else there. My husband ordered a carbonnade, which consisted of three tiny pieces of meat. When they asked me if I'd had enough, I said no, and they gave me two more measly pieces! Paying 35 euros for this is outrageous.

12/10/2025: Finally, a truly typical bar with a unique atmosphere on the island of Noirmoutier...affordable prices and generous cuisine.

19/09/2025: Just a quick stop for a drink. But what a wonderful welcome from the waitress! Smiling, helpful, efficient, and so personable. A great time, thanks to her. And if you didn't know, you can order a grapefruit diabolo; she'll offer you every possible syrup imaginable. Thanks to her.

19/09/2025: Visited at 1pm, but they said we were too late for food, despite being open from 12 to 4pm. This definitely WAS possible, because it did happen, and was done very rudely too.

08/12/2025: We had dinner there as a group of three on Sunday evening. We were pleasantly surprised by this pizzeria; the pizza was good, the ingredients were high quality, the waiter was very pleasant, the price was reasonable, the tiramisu was excellent, and the Bardolino red wine was also very good – a great place to eat!

07/12/2025: We booked because the Capri was part of the Gourmet Passport. Right from the booking stage, they told us they no longer accept the passport on Saturdays...! They finally accepted it. Once there, they specified that we needed a minimum spend of €30 per person, excluding drinks, to get the discount. But nothing adds up to €30 if you order a main course and dessert... there's no set menu... and on top of that, the service was incredibly cold! They use the passport to attract customers, but it's ultimately useless! And then there's the detail of the waiter in the restroom who didn't wash his hands after leaving... even though I was standing right in front of the sink... oh my god! 😱😱

18/01/2026: Even one star is too much; the meal was mediocre, we had indigestion during the night and were sick, and that's when we realized the tuna had been overcooked despite being ordered rare. The kitchen hygiene must be appalling; avoid this place.

13/01/2026: Hello, My job requires me to eat out every day. I therefore believe I can offer objective opinions on my experiences. Generally, I only post positive reviews, and very rarely negative ones. But this is ridiculous! Go to McDonald's instead; at least you'll get something for free. Alone in the restaurant, I had to wait almost 25 minutes for a lukewarm, rubbery fried smelt, clearly from the bottom of the bag (lots of heads and tails). I called the waiter over, who offered to fry them again. They came back much more colorful, but still rubbery. I ate a few more with my second bread basket, then asked for the rest, leaving a good portion of those poor smelt behind. The tuna steak! The presentation was lovely, the tuna perfectly cooked (pink in the center), a quarter of a lemon, two dollops of unfortunately cold mashed potatoes, and a scalding piece of fennel adorned what was, nonetheless, a beautiful plate. But... At the first bite of a piece of tuna, I spat it all back onto the plate. It tasted stale. I cut another piece from the opposite side to smell it, and the smell and taste were back. It was like a fish from Ordralfabetix (for those in the know), or a fish that had been out of the sea for far too long! Spoiled. I finished my third basket of bread and went to the till to express my dissatisfaction and my intention to eat elsewhere. There are limits to adventure, to taking risks. They informed the kitchen and explained that no one had ever complained, then, without any further tact, charged me 18 euros, not without daring to say "Goodbye, sir." Beware! The two pictures I'm showing you hide a sad reality: IT'S TERRIBLE!!! There may be supply or kitchen problems, but they should be able to take responsibility and offer the customer something else, or even not charge them. But this place is clearly a tourist trap and driven by greed!!! Don't go there. There are plenty of others nearby that are definitely worth a visit.

03/01/2026: We ate there for New Year's Eve. A very elegant meal with high-quality ingredients, and very pleasant service. A special shout-out to the waiter who made the vinaigrette! 😂😂 I recommend it.

03/12/2025: I was there as a training facilitator. We were a group of 12 people. The meeting rooms are very functional with all the necessary equipment. Welcome coffee and pastries were provided in the meeting room, as well as water. The food was home-style but very good with a good selection. The staff is super friendly. See you soon 😉

21/11/2025: I went there to attend a work training course because they have rooms available for rent. No problems with the rooms or equipment. You can eat lunch there. It costs €10 for a main course and a side (starter or dessert). But you can easily order more by paying extra 😀 Parking is available in their reserved spaces, subject to availability. If many rooms are booked, there will be a shortage of spaces. The surrounding area has paid parking.

22/12/2025: This restaurant is great for lunch; the food is good, the welcome is friendly, and the service is excellent. We come quite late, around 1:30 pm, and have never been turned away.

09/12/2025: Disappointed by the choice of starters and desserts, the wait for the burger was over 20 minutes, the main course was served on a dessert plate with nothing but sauce. The service was awful—mashed potatoes were thrown onto the plate; I'd serve my dog ​​better. Avoid this place. Sorry.

25/11/2025: A quick stop between appointments on the road to Cherbourg. Fish and chips with homemade fries and coffee. Good value for money and the food was tasty.

28/10/2025: The staff were only moderately friendly, and I ordered a chocolate crepe which was hard to turn over. I think there are things they need to improve, but I'll come back.
