04/10/2026: Passing through Toulouse, we had a wonderful time. The quality of the food was excellent; the seared tuna was delicious, and the duck breast was also generously portioned. Very good value for money. We were served by a charming waitress, Naomi, who was very professional and pleasant. Highly recommended.

31/05/2026: We were a group of bikers staying for one night. We received an excellent welcome, a very good dinner (half-board), and a truly delicious breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, our late arrival meant we couldn't use the spa! Highly recommended.

26/05/2026: We stopped here yesterday during our motorcycle trip and it was absolutely perfect: a warm welcome, a delicious local meal with homemade dishes, and a generous homemade breakfast. The room was lovely, I highly recommend it. And thank you also to Nono the little robot 🤖 All at a very affordable price 👌🏻

Our congratulations also go to Émilie, the housekeeper, for her professionalism, her good humor, and the care she takes every day to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. The entire team contributes to creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that makes the stay particularly enjoyable. 04/05/2026: An interesting and innovative culinary experience (menu), original but sometimes surprising. The waiter was a bit gruff and tense (as described in many reviews) but efficient, yet you get the impression you're bothering him... The chef/owner is lovely and comes out of the kitchen whenever he can to greet departing customers. Update from Thursday, April 30, 2026: We arrived at 8:07 PM for dinner. The restaurant door was locked, even though the website indicated it was open. There was no sign on the door. People were dining at a table (probably hotel guests). So we called to inquire: extremely unpleasant responses, with no explanation as to why it was closed. 40 km for nothing.

04/10/2026: I ordered two bricks and two couscous dishes to take away. No complaints whatsoever, the quality was excellent. Surely the best couscous on the right bank of Rouen. The owner was very welcoming. I'll gladly return.

30/09/2026: I went back for the first time in years and I have to admit I was disappointed compared to the last time... the beef tartare wasn't very good, the service was cold and rushed... My experience today wasn't catastrophic either, but I have to admit it didn't live up to my memories.

27/09/2026: Disastrous. We came a few years ago and enjoyed the place. We went back yesterday, and what a disappointment! The food was dreadful (the lasagna was just a large amount of melted industrial cheese on pasta with almost no meat, and the same went for the starter: completely dry eggplant with an industrial tomato sauce, again covered in a huge amount of melted cheese). Totally indigestible. We left without ordering dessert. And the service was incredibly slow and inefficient. The customers next to us asked for butter, but there was no butter. They wished us good luck as we left, and we can understand why.

29/07/2026: Located in Petit Antonelle, tucked away parallel to the street, awaits a truly unique venue. It's essential to reserve a table by phone in advance and remember that they only accept cash. Currently, the restaurant is only open from Friday to Sunday (as of July 2026). We were there last Saturday and are still raving about it. Upon entering, you're greeted by Bob, his wife (?), and a consistently friendly service team. The tables are fully set, the first drinks arrive promptly, and shortly after, the appetizer is served in typical Camargue style: a platter with a kind of head cheese, various sausages, and bread. The somewhat unusual "decoration"—a basket of spring onions, baby zucchini, baby cucumbers, radishes, baby peppers, fennel, and other greens—is not merely decorative; it's an integral part of the appetizer and is eaten with the provided dressing. For the main course, there was a choice of four dishes (duck, steak, veal, chicken), each served with a bowl of delicious tossed new potatoes and lentils. The house dessert was a delicious homemade almond and pistachio cake with raspberries. All the food was of very high quality and prepared with care and professionalism. A band played fairly early on, and thanks to the audience, there was a really pleasant and lively atmosphere, with people singing along and even some dancing. A delicious, satisfying, and wonderful lunch/afternoon. We'd love to come back.

10/07/2026: Too expensive for the quality, avoid at all costs!! Appalling service, not a single smile. No tap water. Overpriced drinks. Anchovy dip as a starter: unpeeled vegetables, let's hope they were washed... just oil and hardly any anchovies. A completely ordinary charcuterie platter. Tiny, barely cooked grilled meats served with bland boiled potatoes. Fruit salad: the fruit wasn't even peeled, the strawberry stems weren't even removed!!! €55 per person excluding drinks 😠 In short, far too expensive for what it is. Atmosphere with gypsy musicians... A few songs interspersed with many, many, many pauses. Run away!!!! We will NEVER go back.

25/04/2026: We tried the new menu and have no regrets. From the goat cheese tart (made with local products) to the 100% vegetable lasagna, and even the meat dishes on the menu, right through to dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was pleasant and excellent.

26/05/2026: I stayed here twice because I liked it so much. This place is a little old and run down, but it has a lot of charm. I just felt good there and had both times a room with view to the church. They are also very dog friendly!

14/09/2026: Close to being the best restaurant in western Cotentin! No reservation required, and we got a table for two with a sea view. The service was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and efficient. The cuisine was inventive and excellent, with beautifully balanced flavors. The tuiles were superb. The monkfish was perfect, and the cebecero de port was magnificent. The bill was reasonable. A minor point: the wine pairing for the starter was a little off, and perhaps the vinegar could have been caramelized with the pork. Otherwise, everything was perfect. BRAVO! It's been a long time since I've had such a delightful experience in this part of Normandy.

30/08/2026: During a week of thalassotherapy, we stayed at Le Sound restaurant on a half-board basis. The cuisine, all of it, is of an excellent standard, with a fine wine list. Nothing to complain about. The presentation of the dishes is appealing. The staff is efficient, friendly, and even, in some cases, quite charming.

28/05/2026: A magnificent and timeless place... You immediately feel at ease... Like being at home... The place is unique, a charming stone house with an exceptional staircase, a sitting area in front of the fireplace, and an outdoor area with a swimming pool and restaurant... The welcome is friendly and warm; you feel like you're part of the family... The restaurant is really lovely, with bluefin tuna caught that morning, filleted and served fresh immediately according to grandmother's recipes... Exceptional... Bravo!

17/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Hôtel des Templiers. The setting is absolutely magnificent, and the hotel is perfectly located. The place is charming and very peaceful. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly to us and our baby. We had a fantastic time and will gladly return. ☺️ Thank you again to the team.
