The welcome was warm, the staff were incredibly attentive, always smiling, available, and exceptionally kind. A big thank you to the chef who delighted us with delicious, generous dishes prepared with passion. Every meal was a true pleasure. Special mention also goes to the waitresses, always professional, efficient, and cheerful, who greatly contribute to the hotel's friendly atmosphere. The entire team deserves to be congratulated for their hard work and dedication. You can tell that here, guests are truly valued and that everyone puts their heart and soul into their work. His good humor and professionalism contribute enormously to the charm of the hotel. A big thank you as well to Marion, a smiling, dynamic, and very professional waitress. Her energy and kindness create a wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant. And finally, thank you to Lucas, who is always welcoming, helpful, and attentive to the needs of the guests. His professionalism and friendliness are greatly appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, the setting is pleasant, and the entire team puts their heart into providing a quality experience. This is a hotel you'll want to return to again and again. 14/07/2026: When you arrive in the parking lot, you have no idea what the restaurant is like inside. It was recommended to us, and what a discovery! You step into a truly exotic atmosphere: a pool, palm trees, and Latin music. The staff is attentive without being intrusive. The menu is full of choices that make you want to try everything. A pleasant surprise. We ate very well, with generous portions and high quality—bravo!

23/05/2026: During our visit to the trade fair, we had a meal at Le Bilboquet. The ribeye steak was excellent and the dessert was perfect! A great place to eat in Aigre.

16/05/2026: We came for the Aigre fair. Great welcome, fast service, and perfect food. No complaints whatsoever.

01/07/2026: Storied, historic bar where generations of patrons have enjoyed beer, cocktails, games, music, and community. This is testified in the photographs, sketches, and advertisements.  The hotel located above ensures there are always people parading by. There are several tables in a front and back room and friendly staff to help with drinks. It is an inexpensive bar, so it took three beers to get to their ten euro credit card minimum.

30/06/2026: Nice place. Good food. Good service. However, it's quite noisy as we were seated very close together. The meat was delicious. 🍟 Good, though a bit too thin.

27/06/2026: The meat and desserts were delicious, the lettuce and fries could be improved. The staff was very friendly. The terrace is in a very quiet corner, considering how close it is to the city center. Water is available by the pitcher upon request, and the fries keep coming around offering more. The service is the same as the other L'entrecotte restaurants: an individual salad of lettuce and walnuts already dressed, a small tray with some baguette bread, then the plates with the meat cooked to your liking with the fries, and another tray with meat and sauce on warmers. The restaurant itself is very nice, and the restrooms are upstairs and unisex.

05/06/2026: I stopped by the takeaway sandwich shop/pizzeria yesterday around 1 PM. They were out of sandwiches in the display case. I ordered a Texan Sandwich (ground beef patty, fries, cocktail sauce). They prepared it with great care. The homemade fries were crispy; the ground beef patties were cooked perfectly. Delicious! Luckily, I don't live nearby, I would have worried about my cholesterol if I'd had to go back every day :')

11/07/2026: A warm welcome and a pleasant atmosphere at any time of day. Perfect for enjoying an aperitif with the beach and sea right in front of you. The food is simple, but everything is delicious. A friendly place where you're always guaranteed a good time!

05/07/2026: A nonchalant welcome, very few customers on a Saturday night, disappointing food: wilted salad on all four of our plates, stale and cold fries, and mediocre main courses, all for high-end prices. The staff were indifferent to our feedback. No more small plates for us 😞

24/06/2026: Great evening for the Fête de la Musique on the terrace. Very friendly and professional servers. Good selection on the menu. Excellent Caesar salad with very crispy chicken. 23/07/2026: A good place to eat. Beware of the desserts; they were a real disappointment, and I'm not even mentioning the fact that a small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated after such a letdown... But the main courses are good and generous.
