19/06/2026: What a disappointment this dinner was! The salads (which cost as much as a main course) were practically empty, barely enough for a starter. The desserts were mass-produced, and the bread was stale. The setting is unusual, but that's understandable given that the place transforms into a nightclub at night. Luckily, the waitress was very friendly!

23/07/2026: Having recently moved to Parentis, we were looking for a good bakery. We discovered Guillaume's, and we've been going there every week since! The bread is delicious, it keeps well, and the pastries and desserts are a delight!

14/07/2026: Perhaps it's our fault for going to a bar called "Le Traknard"? Or is it just common practice in this country to blame the victims? Let's keep it short and get to the point since this bar doesn't deserve my time, or yours. I'd rather not dwell on the more than mediocre quality of more than just one item on the menu; the worst part is elsewhere. While we still hadn't finished two plates we'd ordered, a waiter came to ask us for drinks for the third time in ten minutes. My friends agreed to each have a drink, but I refused, telling him we hadn't finished our meals. Nevertheless, he placed a can of Coca-Cola on the table, payment terminal in hand with the price displayed, forcing me to pay for it. When I refused to pay for the drink and ordered another one, again because we were already having drinks, he told us to leave. Then they had the audacity to play the "good cop/bad cop" game, unintentionally, with one of the waiters kicking us out and another apologizing to encourage us to sit down. Once outside, he even offered my friends a half-pint. Excuse me, but I'm not a 14-year-old to fall for the push-and-pull of a toxic guy. Sorry, but I've reported this to the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) for abusive practices (yes, guys, it's illegal to force a second drink if you haven't finished your food order). I urge anyone who does this to assert their rights with the DGCCRF if it happens to you. While we still live in a country governed by the rule of law, take advantage of it. If they told you that hell is other people, I'm telling you, hell is out there.

04/06/2026: We were seated at the back surrounded by bottles. It was a Wednesday night & it was nearly full. We had the bruscetta to share for entree. It was large & covered to the max with tomato & cheese. My partner had the pork filet mignon for a main & he liked it. My salmon pasta was a bit cold, but there was a lot of salmon in it. The side of vegetables was delicious. The service was a bit up & down, forgetting some items at times. Overall, worth a visit.

15/07/2026: We used to love going to your restaurant where the prices were so reasonable. But obviously, I imagine that didn't sit well with the creditors. That's probably why it went into liquidation. Is there any hope of it reopening?

01/03/2026: The setting, the decor, the staff—everything was perfect, plus it was good for a very affordable price. Unfortunately, this establishment has been closed since February 2026!

23/05/2026: The service was far too slow, and the staff were often on breaks rather than serving, showing no concern whatsoever for the waiting customers. The customer doesn't seem to be a priority. It's a shame, as the brand has a good reputation, but this restaurant doesn't reflect that very well.

12/07/2026: We arrived 20 minutes before closing time and the staff still served us drinks (we were so thirsty in the heat!), with a smile and professionalism. Thank you! We highly recommend it!

09/07/2026: A lovely brasserie in the shade on this sweltering June 27th. A warm and friendly welcome. But our waiter wasn't up to par... The Auvergne salad was good, and we had a pear Belle Hélène for dessert. Everything was very good, except that I asked the waiter to serve the chocolate separately because I don't like large quantities of chocolate. He did, but brought a plate with a whole pear—and I should add, an excellent one, not canned—but without the scoop of ice cream. I called him back to clarify, and he said he didn't know if there was ice cream or not. I told him it was vanilla, pear, chocolate, and whipped cream ice cream, and he replied, "Oh, and you want ice cream?" That's the whole point of an ice cream sundae. I think this gentleman wasn't a professional waiter and we just happened to encounter one of the legendary Parisian waiters... 😉 I should mention that the rest of the team—bartenders, hostesses, and other servers—seemed very friendly. Next time we're in Paris, we'll try to find the other waiters.

04/05/2026: Perfect location right in the city center, public parking nearby with a discount of €20 per day thanks to the hotel. Comfortable room.

23/07/2026: A good place to eat. Beware of the desserts; they were a real disappointment, and I'm not even mentioning the fact that a small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated after such a letdown... But the main courses are good and generous.

22/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! A beautiful and welcoming setting, delicious cuisine prepared with care, and impeccable service. The welcome is warm, the staff attentive, and you immediately feel at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. I can't wait to return!
