01/10/2026: Passing through Grenoble, I was pleasantly surprised to discover Le Bistroquet des Halles. A warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere complemented a delicious meal, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!

11/09/2026: A small, shaded table on the terrace, the sound of a waterfall in my ears, a simple daily menu that does the job, served in a warm and unpretentious atmosphere—that's my lunch today. 02/06/2026: A wonderful evening thanks to Chloe, who has a real knack for hospitality, service, and advice. The place is charming and very pleasant. The only slight downside was the food, which was nothing special, except for the prices!

23/05/2026: Apparently “fully booked” does not apply equally to all walk-in guests. We were turned away, then watched another same-size group without a reservation get seated immediately after us. Staff’s explanation: it was “harder to seat” us. Make of that what you will.

12/10/2026: Thanks to their dough, you can make authentic Alsatian tarte flambée at home in just a few minutes! For me, they're the best in Alsace. Plus, you can easily order on their website and pick up your order with Click & Collect. They also have quality ingredients for making tarte flambée and pizzas, as well as all the necessary accessories. I recommend it to anyone who loves good food, the way we know how to make it in Alsace! 😋

23/09/2026: PERMANENTLY CLOSED. We had a reservation for 22/9/26, however. We found ourselves standing in front of a closed door. Upon inquiring with the neighbors, it turned out he had closed permanently last Saturday. However, the gentleman did not deem it necessary to notify us. We came all the way from Belgium specifically for him and his restaurant. A pity.

11/07/2026: Exquisite cuisine and excellent wines. Special mention goes to the liqueurs and brandies, which were very varied. The service was elegant, a level of service that too few establishments still achieve. A big thank you and well done!

12/09/2026: A €6.50 cocktail served in half a pastis glass with two measly, nearly dead ice cubes. Tasteless and uninteresting. Foie gras worthy of a supermarket's cheapest brand. Black Angus (if that's what it was) served swimming in oil. Too greasy and oily to appreciate the meat. Cheese plate with three small pieces of different cheeses (probably bought at the local supermarket). No bread. €100 for two without wine. Far too expensive for the mediocre quality they offer. In short, I do not recommend it.

04/09/2026: A simple, unpretentious place where you can relax and unwind. The meals are delicious, homemade, and made with excellent ingredients: frogs' legs, duck breast, superb gratin… Everything is truly delicious! As a side note, I'm currently experiencing a minor health issue, and the chef was incredibly kind. She prepared a special meal for me: fat-free, with steamed vegetables and a perfectly cooked flank steak. A real treat, and above all, a thoughtful gesture that touched me deeply. You can also simply come for drinks with friends. In spring and summer, you can enjoy a lovely terrace on the side of the restaurant, which is very pleasant. For parking, you can park along the road, or there's a parking lot at the end of the road, on the right. Unfortunately, restaurants like this are becoming increasingly rare! So, frankly, it's worth the trip. Come discover and enjoy delicious, traditional dishes in a simple and friendly atmosphere. An address I sincerely recommend! ❤️

The service was simply exceptional, with a warm welcome and attentiveness that made our visit even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a marvelous time together. We will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire team! 😊

24/09/2026: A warm and friendly welcome. Regardless of the server, smiles, politeness, and kindness were always present. A truly relaxing experience with a very enjoyable lunch. The four-cheese pizza was delicious. The daily special was equally good. The dessert was a delightful discovery (crème brûlée). A lunch including aperitifs, main courses, wine, dessert, and coffee for around fifty euros. We will definitely return.
