03/08/2026: No greeting. I ordered a takeaway coffee. No response, not even to let me know my order was on its way. I waited four minutes at the till without any reaction, and finally left with a profound sense of disrespect. It felt like you were ashamed to order a simple coffee. The atmosphere was icy, like a prison, with staff who never spoke or smiled. This is a business; it should be professional. Inside, the juice fridge was filthy, bordering on disgusting. There was a broken light in the room, with insects flying right above the customers eating. The ice cubes for the juices were placed in the sink, completely unprotected: zero hygiene. This is the worst place I've ever had a coffee. I left even more annoyed than when I arrived. Before running a business, learn about HACCP standards and customer service.

13/09/2026: Extremely long wait, 1 hour 30 minutes before receiving our meals, starter before aperitif (which they forgot), meat cooked as requested not respected, white fries, undercooked bacon, stock shortages, disappointed.

14/10/2026: Truly exceptional restaurant! The setting is truly warm, welcoming, and trendy. Beautiful open kitchen, with an exposed grill that makes everything even more impressive and mouth-watering. Truly excellent dishes and very fast and friendly service. Highly recommended, a visit to try this new place is a must!

13/10/2026: Very noisy, extremely long service, over 45 minutes wait between courses. The foie gras was delicious. Disappointment with the beurre blanc, which wasn't really beurre blanc at all, as it was flavored with cream. Warning ⚠️ lactose intolerance. The chocolate mousse was too sweet and grainy, which is a shame. Some dishes were very good, but there were many drawbacks, which is really disappointing. A real shame, very disappointed for such a high price.

24/10/2026: We hadn't booked, so we had to wait quite a while. The food was delicious and fresh, and the waitress was very kind, especially to my son. I didn't like that she asked for a minimum 10% tip at the end. Since when is that a requirement? I think she undid all her good work. We would have wholeheartedly left something if she hadn't almost demanded it. We also felt like they were more considerate of the next table by bringing them wine while they waited.

31/08/2026: We were cycling around the lake and didn't know where to have lunch, we chose this restaurant and it's a very good place, quiet, good service, friendly waiter, we ate well and were very well received, I recommend it.

26/08/2026: We went to this place to order two pizzas. We waited for over an hour, without even being told how long the wait would be. The only time anyone came to see us was to move us to another table because they were serving a large group. There are far too many people and too few staff; there's no point in serving so many if you can't serve them in a reasonable timeframe. The younger servers do their best and remain friendly, while others are sour and barely offer an apology, looking annoyed and raising their eyebrows. When we pointed out that we had been waiting for an hour, we were simply told, "That's the normal wait time, didn't anyone tell you?" In addition to the hour-long wait and the table change, we waited almost 20 minutes for the bill when we just wanted to leave (it wasn't possible to pay at the counter). We are regular restaurant diners and are tolerant of mistakes, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences we've ever had. The organization needs to be reviewed.

06/10/2026: A truly beautiful place, with a very warm welcome. The most beautiful terrace in Cambrai. As for the food, it's a real treat. Always a real pleasure to be there, whether alone or with friends. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

18/07/2026: A great place in the center of a beautiful little square in the Chartron neighborhood of Bordeaux. Good traditional food, fast service.

01/06/2026: A bit disappointed for a 4-star hotel. The room needs updating, the bathroom with shower wasn't great, and there were cobwebs on the window frames, which wasn't ideal. However, the pool, gym, hammam, and sauna were excellent. Value for money not great. Breakfast was adequate.

28/05/2026: The Mercure brand is truly tarnished at this establishment. It was impossible to get a pain au chocolat, a croissant, or a spoonful of scrambled eggs sent to the room because "if everyone does it, you'll understand." Meanwhile, the €20 per person breakfast, which was nothing special, was paid for. And to top it off, the drill was running at 10:00 AM... Avoid at all costs; I absolutely do not recommend it.

18/10/2026: Having frequented this restaurant intermittently... the dishes offered are healthy, the presentation is appealing, the only drawback, and this is true on every visit, is that the management, despite years in business, consistently fails to manage its stock of raw materials to ensure the availability of its menu until the end of service. Therefore, instead of choosing a set menu, you are forced to switch to an à la carte option, which is much more expensive, and of course, only when all the items are available. When I pointed this out to the owner, Pascale, I received a rather vulgar and undignified response from a woman: "I don't give a damn about you." Is this really appropriate language for addressing customers? In short, if you're looking for a meal based on the menu, this isn't the place.

21/07/2026: I went there only once, on July 21st during the funfair. I had mussels, which were okay, but the fries made my gums hurt. Even the people I was with found them too hard and very dry. We didn't like them at all. Maybe they'll try a different oil.
