21/03/2026: We had dinner there on Thursday, March 19th. Despite it being a well-established restaurant, several of us suffered severe food poisoning after dinner. Hygiene and proper storage conditions must be strictly observed, so I do not recommend it.

15/03/2026: We came for lunch today, looking for a good raclette... And we were served, and served just as well! The portions were generous, the waiters and waitresses were lovely, we had a really great time! We'll definitely be back!

09/03/2026: The staff is pleasant, friendly, and always smiling. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. The 500g ribeye steak and the smoked salmon calzone were excellent and served quickly. Absolutely fantastic, thank you so much!

08/03/2026: Disappointing since the change of ownership, expensive food, barely friendly waiters... There were five of us, and we were moved to a table for four. I then found a plastic tag in my plate and felt like I was bothering them when I pointed it out... We really miss the old team and the self-service area with its reasonable prices.

23/02/2026: New owners! This "family" gave us a very warm welcome, and our table of 14 (!) didn't even have time to finish our aperitifs before the main courses arrived perfectly, and we thoroughly enjoyed them! A great break on the slopes, I highly recommend it. As an added bonus, a shot of génépi (€5) with a coffee (€2) is perfect for a boost during your morning or afternoon break – nothing better!

26/07/2026: We were very warmly welcomed and served quickly despite the crowds. The food was good, but the side dishes could have been more generous. The place is friendly, though, and we had a good time. Thank you.

25/07/2026: Unfortunately, food poisoning from the kids' hamburger menu 🤮🤮 My twins were sick two hours after eating. Result: emergency room visit ‼️ 11-year-old twins, a nightmare. Scared out. We were fine, even though we ate beef tartare. Unfortunately, the establishment didn't do anything when we explained the incident the next day to let them know!! Just a money-making machine! No human beings

02/06/2026: The room is small but cozy and clean. The bathroom is small, there's little space, and there's no closet. The food is good and the breakfast is varied. The staff is kind and friendly. The hotel is close to the metro, making it easy to get around. We hope this review is helpful.

01/06/2026: Convenient location with a subway station nearby. There's a restaurant downstairs and a small convenience store across the street, but it doesn't have food. A supermarket is a 7-minute walk away. The hotel rooms are small, the bathroom is very small, the hairdryer is weak, and the sink is narrow. It's quiet at night, and the air conditioning is okay.

18/04/2026: Frankly, it's not good at all. The meat isn't great... and even the service isn't great.

12/04/2026: We had a lovely time, the meat was tender and juicy, and the service was impeccable.

27/03/2026: We had a very good meal (kidneys and mashed potatoes, and blanquette with rice), it was delicious. The starters were decent and the desserts were good and varied. The welcome was excellent, the owner very kind. All this for a very reasonable price. A place to remember!

25/07/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant! We had the daily special at lunchtime and it was exactly as described. The value for money is excellent, with a very reasonable price. The portions are generous and the dishes are delicious, prepared with care.

24/07/2026: Invited by the parents of BAAR Rugby Annecy to thank me for a wonderful year of coaching, we discovered this restaurant and what a delightful surprise! I savored the hanger steak with Café de Paris sauce: perfectly cooked meat, lightly grilled on the outside and rare on the inside, accompanied by a delicious sauce, homemade fries, and a salad made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. My wife also thoroughly enjoyed her steak tartare. We finished with two homemade desserts from the pastry chef, simply excellent. A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome. The service was impeccable, with smiling, attentive, and highly professional waiters. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend!

23/05/2026: Two seats on the terrace. The waitress was very friendly. We had a very good meal. I recommend it!

01/05/2026: A quick stop on May 1st after a hot afternoon in the Parc de la Tête d'Or. It's not always easy to work that day, so kudos to them! Lovely waitress and classic cold drinks.

27/06/2026: We ordered a margharita pizza and two desserts, the pizza ended up being a grated emmental cheese slab with olives on it, and the other dessert never appeared. Hands down the worst pizza I've ever ordered in Italy or France. As for the dessert, it was 8,50€ for a slice of chocolate tart that tasted identical to something you'd get from the grocery store for 5th of the price.

13/06/2026: They treat you very well and they also speak a little Spanish which is very nice and useful when it comes to taking your order.

28/07/2026: I have absolutely nothing to complain about, nice and good, attractive prices… a little place that gives the impression of being on holiday! Perfect in every way.
