12/09/2026: I recommend it! The service is fast, the meat is good, and the fries are generous!

09/09/2026: Perfect! The portions were very generous, the terrine was delicious, the fries were homemade, the meat was cooked just the way I like it, and for dessert, a lemon crepe for me and a sugar crepe for him, all for 65 euros including drinks. We visited the market in the morning and finished at the restaurant – it was fantastic!

02/09/2026: Disappointing experience. We were the only ones in the restaurant; I should have known better! The main course was mediocre, and the tarte tatin was a tart in name only. It's a shame because the service was quite friendly, but the food was completely subpar. I think you must have the wrong person, because I insist, there were only two of us that evening, and we were in no way subjected to any racist behavior. As I mentioned, the waitress was very pleasant. One thing is certain: I look forward to not returning to your establishment.

23/06/2026: Hello, I had heard great things about your pastry shop, but now I understand why the young saleswoman didn't show me the pavlova! It was supposed to serve 6 people at 5 euros a slice. It wasn't tall enough, the fruit was minimal, and look at the size (if I may add a photo), it was the size of my hand...it's shameful, barely enough for 4 people, if that. In response to your message left today, I didn't see the dessert because I was only shown a box tied with string. So, I'm not questioning the price of the cake, but the size! As for the pavlova recipe, the meringue isn't flat but hollowed out, not filled with 1 cm of cream and a few scattered fruits. It's a shame you don't consider the quality and quantity of your pastries. Sincerely.

This was, simply put, the greatest hotel stay of our lives. Breakfast deserves its own standing ovation. The spread, the quality, the presentation, and the warmth with which it is served made every single morning feel like a special occasion. The ski room is an absolute dream and one of the most thoughtfully curated spaces we have ever encountered at a mountain property. The amenities provided there are so sweet and so well considered, catering to every need before, during, and after a day on the slopes. The attention to detail reflects a genuine understanding of what skiers actually want and need. The spa and pool are nothing short of extraordinary. Whether winding down after a full day on the mountain or treating yourself to a slow, indulgent afternoon, both spaces deliver a truly world-class experience. Every visit felt restorative and luxurious in equal measure. The staff, across every single touchpoint, were exceptional. From the team in the ski room to the wonderful people working in the gift shop, every interaction was warm, genuine, and deeply memorable. The entire staff carried an energy that made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The in-room experience was unbelievable. Every single day of our stay, the hotel surprised us with incredible gifts left in our room. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like being hosted by someone who truly wanted to delight you at every turn. On top of that, the minibar was exceptional, stocked beautifully and thoughtfully, a real treat to come back to after a day on the slopes. And the views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, the kind of mountain panorama that stops you in your tracks every single time you look up. The kids club and cinema round out an offering that truly has everything. Families are so well catered to here, and the cinema amenities are just another example of how Arielles thinks of absolutely everything. The location is magnificent. Perfectly positioned, with everything you could want right at your fingertips. Les Arielles Courchevel is our favorite hotel of all time, and we cannot wait to return this winter.

27/09/2026: September 27, 2026. When we asked if we could get a table for 11 people for coffee and snacks, we were met with eye rolls. Reluctantly, they showed us a table and handed us cutlery for everyone. The staff clearly didn't enjoy their jobs, the chairs were uncomfortable, and the prices were exorbitant. The composition of the soap in the restroom is open to wild speculation. The "Grand Café" is just a kind of double espresso. DO NOT GO!

25/09/2026: Run away from here 🤣 Onion soup made with chicken bouillon cubes is a disgrace to France. The Greek salad with corn and a mountain of iceberg lettuce also raises questions 🤣

13/10/2026: A shop where everything is fresh, the quality of the products is impeccable. Everything is delicious. On Saturday, I had Niçoise ravioli and stuffed vegetables, and they were exceptionally good. The smiles and kindness of the staff touched me deeply. Highly recommended. Well done!

11/10/2026: The products are high quality, it's always very, very good. As for the staff, the waitress isn't very pleasant; I have a bit of trouble with the young woman. But the waiters are very kind.

15/07/2026: The staff is very pleasant, with a special mention for the blonde waitress who was absolutely lovely. The bagels are very good, especially the Nordic salmon bagel, which I order every time. Overall, it's a nice place that I'll happily return to.
