27/12/2025: We dined at La Divonne – Le Président restaurant for a family Christmas dinner (12 people). Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We arrived on time, yet we waited nearly 40 minutes for our drinks and an hour and 45 minutes for our starters. The service was very slow and disorganized: the waiter forgot several orders, and some requests were either ignored or poorly executed. What compounded our disappointment was seeing customers who arrived after us served before us, even for dishes identical to ours. The food was adequate, but nothing special. Furthermore, we were disappointed by the limited choice of starters (no simple options like a salad) and the lack of a children's menu, which is surprising for a restaurant catering to families. Overall, this experience fell far short of our expectations for a festive meal. This will unfortunately be our first and last reservation at this establishment.

02/11/2025: I was truly disappointed by the brunch I had this Sunday at Domaine de Divonne. The value for money is clearly unbalanced: the food and its presentation are nowhere near what the price warrants. Many dishes weren't labeled, even though the labels were there but simply piled haphazardly on a table instead of being placed in front of each dish. The replenishment wasn't regular, which often gave the impression of an incomplete buffet. As for the portions, especially the foie gras, it was frankly ridiculous: on a slice of bread, there was barely a gram of foie gras per toast. For an establishment of this caliber, this is hardly acceptable. In short, a disappointing experience that unfortunately doesn't justify the price.

24/10/2025: The place has a charm of it's own, I highly recommend it! The food was divine, you can feel in every dish that the owner cooks with love. There is a palete of spices in every single dish that goes perfectly with the vegetarian, fish or the meat. Every single choice was unique and equally delicious. The menu is changed every season. We tried the autumn menu (entre+plat is 35 euros, entre+plat+desert is 40 euros). You have around 4 choices for the antipasti and 4 for the main dish, and way more for deserts. Be aware if you are not friends with ginger or coriander. Also, the prices are aligned with the quality of ingredients, so it will definitely not be cheap. We felt the owner behaviour is part of the experience as well. She seemed rude when we booked with them, rushing us to arrive on time as she had an appointment, but we personally found her entertaining. People in the region had more or less the same behaviour, so if you don't take it personally you can enjoy a top lunch experience. PS: menu for kids younger than 12 years old is 18 euros (raviolis and icecream)

28/09/2024: Very good, hearty dishes and top-notch decor that takes us back to the 80s/90s atmosphere, right down to the very stylish little menu booklet and the placemats. We will come back during our next stay. Beautiful address.

07/12/2025: Excellent French cuisine, a wonderful time at Le Central! A warm and inviting brasserie with quick and friendly service. The dishes are generous, well-prepared, and always delicious. The staff is welcoming and professional, making every visit a pleasure. A friendly place that I highly recommend!

03/02/2026: The restaurant is located on the square next to the cathedral and has the advantage of being open in the evening and after 8 pm when everything around is closed. The food is good, the portions and prices are normal. I recommend.

27/01/2026: The atmosphere was lovely. My friend and I enjoyed a very good sweet white wine from Gascony, and duck breast with risotto, button mushrooms, and a pepper sauce. For dessert, my friend had a blueberry tart, and I had a chocolate fondant with crème anglaise. Frankly, the meal as a whole was excellent, and the waiter was very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.
