03/12/2025: I came to pick up some pastries on Monday morning. I was greeted by an extremely unpleasant young woman... The bakery offers pastries "with sugar" or "without sugar," I asked for "with sugar" and saw that she was giving me "without sugar" ones... I repeated that I wanted them "with sugar" and she rolled her eyes and sighed deeply, explaining that the sugar was in them anyway... She even went back to the kitchen for a few seconds to complain to a colleague... I have a job where I have to work 8 hours a day, so please, is it possible in the future to avoid working overtime first thing in the morning at your bakery? Because I come regularly and I appreciate your products (pastries and even sometimes sandwiches), it's a shame to maintain this negative image... I think this person, given their very young age, should reflect on their future and the choice of whether or not to be involved in customer relations.

09/11/2025: Convenient access and parking in front and on the side are great. They have pastries and a lunch menu. The lunch special is uninteresting in my opinion. You can eat in or take away. However, the prices are a bit high.

11/01/2026: We ate at one of your restaurants at Christmas and, having had such a wonderful meal, we wanted to try your establishment. The Drakkar is welcoming, the blond waiter is excellent, and the meal was divine. We will definitely be back. See you soon!

25/01/2026: For New Year's Eve 2026, I was disappointed by the meal. The place itself was very nice, the service was perfect, and the evening was pleasant overall, but it's a shame the dinner was so bland and expensive.

10/02/2026: The room wasn't very large, but it was more than adequate and had an incredible view. The restaurant, "La Cuisine à Manger," boasts a superb panoramic view of Lyon. The dishes are homemade, generous, and made with seasonal ingredients. I highly recommend it.

26/01/2026: This hotel is nowhere near what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The room was tiny, with no space to put your suitcase; the only storage was a construction locker. The only positive points were the lovely view and comfortable bed. As for the €23 breakfast, you'd expect more variety than just one hot dish and a very small buffet. Ibis does a better job.

11/12/2025: We arrived after 9 pm following a show at the cathedral. We were greeted with a smile, were able to eat despite the late hour, and had a generous meal for a reasonable price: two Savoyard veal escalopes, two Pessac-Léognan wines, and two coffees for under €50. We'll definitely keep your address in mind for our next trip to Bordeaux.

01/01/2026: First note was the music in the dining area being incredibly loud. The service was good, friendly staff. The food in all was average. The meat was tasty but accompanied with very bland dry rice, and thus expensive for what you received.

05/12/2025: Ricardo’s service is phenomenal. I forget the bartenders name (I do apologise) but he made the best pornstar martini I’ve ever had. An artist. Food and service was excellent and will definitely be back!

20/02/2026: I went to recharge my batteries in this idyllic, exceptionally clean place; the tranquility is magnificent. I highly recommend it because the food is excellent, everything is homemade, which I truly appreciated. I will definitely return regularly.

01/02/2026: On January 18, 2026, after several email exchanges and a phone call where the person confirmed that a one-night stay in June, booked through Wonderbox, was confirmed, I received an email today informing me that it was no longer possible because they had changed their booking policy. I therefore called to express my dissatisfaction and lack of professionalism, and that I would be leaving a negative review. The person I spoke to replied, "I don't give a damn about you," and hung up on me. Some people should find another line of work if the reception on-site is as unfriendly as it is on the phone. I don't regret canceling the stay.

04/01/2026: A warm welcome from both the staff and the owners, Michel and Emilie. We dined at the restaurant where the food was high-quality and homemade. The staff was attentive and the service was top-notch! New Year's Eve went very well with a special menu for the occasion. Le Petit Cerf has become our go-to place. We were lucky enough to stay two nights thanks to some cancellations. The rooms are cozy, the bedding impeccable, and the decor tastefully chosen! We will definitely be back! A truly excellent place that we highly recommend. Thanks again for everything 😉 Sab & Jb

03/02/2026: The hotel is very well located in the city centre, the welcome and service were impeccable, the room was very comfortable, and the chicken with Cantal sauce was tender and tasty :)

02/02/2026: I had already come 2 years ago, very bad memory because the drunk owner with his friends made a mess in the middle of the night... the room was under construction... there were damp patches on the ceiling of the restaurant... etc... 2 years later I am back: the same room in the same state of construction, a tap that doesn't stay on, the TV that doesn't work... bring earplugs and an eye mask if you want to sleep peacefully.

02/09/2025: It is unacceptable that a waitress should be left alone to manage the entire service, with only one cook in the kitchen. We feel that they are doing their best despite the lack of staff, and I sincerely thank the waitress for her sympathy and warm welcome. On the other hand, the organization clearly needs to be reviewed to ensure a better experience for both customers and staff.
