Sumptuous decor between the lighthouses above Saint Hugues de Chartreuse. The menu delights the taste buds, from aperitif to dessert! Design with local products. Thanks to the visit to the personal crops of the farm. A tasty break, before or after visiting the Church decorated by Arcabas.

18/09/2024: We struggled to find a restaurant to eat when we were staying in the Caraman area, but thank goodness we stumbled across this place not too far away. The stylish interior has a calm ambiance with an open kitchen area where you can see your food being freshly prepared. Our wonderful hostess, Lucy, could not have been more helpful or welcoming to us, explaining the menu from French to English, and even patiently encouraging my attempts at speaking French! The food was delicious and perfectly cooked, so we couldn’t wait to return twice more! Highly recommend. (Steph & Brian)

05/09/2024: After sampling french restaurants in Toulouse and Carcassonne for a week, this was our clear favorite. The food was very satisfying, both in taste and consistency. The beer selection was great - try the beers from La Boussole, a local brewery. Sit by the window and enjoy a panoramic view.

05/11/2025: It's been seven years since I last went to this restaurant with my family. I think I ate the best salad of my life. I have such amazing memories of it. My children, aged 11 and 13, each ordered a duck breast! It was a generous and delicious meal, but there wasn't a single bite left on their plates. We were with our dog, who also received plenty of attention. It's never too late to say thank you. A real treat and a wonderful welcome. Thank you!

05/12/2025: It's a shame that the waitresses didn't take into account my point that the potato gratin wasn't cooked. They offered nothing as a replacement. So I had the meat without any sides. That's unacceptable!
