The chef clearly demonstrates his desire to pleasantly surprise us and delight our palates with a cuisine that blends traditional choices with expertly combined flavors. The homemade desserts are well worth the trip. The service is highly professional; special mention goes to the head bartender and his unparalleled creativity with cocktails, especially if you give him free rein. There's no doubt that our host, Romain, the true and experienced maestro of his restaurant, knows how to ensure we have a truly enjoyable and high-quality experience. The emphasis on quality is deliberate: the welcome, the ambiance, the service, the selection, the quality of the cuisine... this is a place to dine without hesitation, in any season! Even in summer, with the beach right next door! Bravo to the entire team and congratulations to Romain for creating a restaurant that reflects his own values: honesty, kindness, and professionalism.

22/02/2026: To get straight to the point, we enjoyed our meal and felt comfortable. We were treated politely and courteously, and we had a lovely evening. Highly recommended! However, for a truly perfect restaurant experience, we missed those certain little touches that distinguish intended professionalism from genuine first-class service. It starts with the lack of coat hooks; then there's the issue of guests' coats dragging on the floor while draped over the backs of chairs during meals. Why do guests have to refill their own wine? There are plenty of waiters; it's a gesture that should be expected in good restaurants. We ordered completely different set menus, but all of them had the exact same side dishes. That's uninspired and a real shame. It tastes good, but it gets boring, and you don't want to come back to try something different. And now for dessert: Crêpe Suzette is flambéed at the counter and then served without the flame. It's a pity you can only watch from a distance. And then there's the missing element of that typical caramelized sugar flavor, because the waiter unfortunately burns the Gran Marnier completely in the pan and then just pours the burnt alcohol over the crêpe. This means you miss out on the lovely aromas that come from the flames on the crêpe. A real shame. It's also a bit annoying that there's no slice of orange in the dessert. All minor things, but they would have made a restaurant evening perfect.

11/12/2025: Alan and his wife opened this restaurant 13 years ago! This restaurant, like its owners, is well worth a visit. The food is generous, delicious, and beautifully presented. And the prices are unbeatable. The quality-to-price ratio is incredible for the area. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy a great time with a fantastic team, look no further. I highly recommend it!

10/02/2026: Have been coming to this city for 20 years and have overlooked it every time. Was invited to eat here today. We came to the restaurant as some of the first guests. Were well received and escorted through the room and the courtyard terrace to a bright room with a view. Beautifully decorated. We ordered the menu of the day. Got a nice plate of charcuterie as a starter. Fine Catalan delicacies. Anchovies, tomato bread, pate, ham and salad as well as small dried sausages.. As a main course my companion chose fish and I chose the meat dish which consisted of a slice of pork, a little boudin noir and grilled sausage. This was accompanied by a cream and potatoes on a plate. We each finished with a dessert. A brownie and a beggar. We were served fine and beautifully presented dishes. All tasty. The service. Hardworking, present, friendly, attentive and present. They could also speak great English. The atmosphere. Good with cozy decor. A large bronze dog marks that our little four-legged friends are also welcome. Definitely a good restaurant to visit if you come to town.

26/02/2026: After they kicked us out the day before and read the 0-star review we'd left, we returned to this place because it was the only one open. After recognizing us, they treated us like gods and even offered us a little something just to get us to remove the extremely negative review. Overall, a very positive experience: excellent food, very friendly staff, more than fair prices, and very reasonable wait times considering there were 15 of us (sorry for the catcalling).

21/02/2026: Warm welcome, relaxed nd well very presented with a hint of special occasion. Convenient, located just off the busier back lanes and worth a visit. Delicious food from simple no well presented menu. Greta wine choices, of course. Booked online. Simple online reservation, though the acknowledgment email needs to be much more rapid to be reassuring for those travelling. Hopefully this is an easy fix🤞

06/02/2026: Invited by my wife for my 40th birthday, I had an absolutely unforgettable experience last night at Alexandre Mazzia's restaurant in Marseille. The cuisine is simply exceptional: each dish is a work of art, precise, bold, and inspired by Asian, African, and many other influences. You truly travel through flavors, with impressive creativity and mastery. The tableware, the presentation, and the attention to detail testify to a colossal amount of work behind the scenes. Serving some forty courses in three hours with such fluidity requires remarkable organization. The servers are very professional and courteous, even if the personal touch is less pronounced than one might expect from a three-Michelin-starred restaurant. The location, on a rather unassuming little street, is surprising at first, but this doesn't detract from the quality of the experience. Ultimately, the power and finesse of the cuisine more than compensate for these minor details. An exceptional evening that fully deserves its five stars. Thank you very much.
