We couldn't access the hotel with a horse van – the hotel offered no solution.
We were charged for our room and forced to find another hotel.
Double whammy! Appalling, they refuse to refund us, no apologies.
29/04/2026: The hotel is very well located in Aix, close to all amenities. It has been tastefully renovated and, above all, the staff are wonderful, from the housekeeping to the dining room and reception staff. They always have a kind word and a thoughtful touch! It's the only hotel I've stayed in so far where everyone is so incredibly friendly.

We opted for the three-course menu. It was wonderful; every dish was absolutely delicious. At €38 per person, it was a really good deal. We also ordered a bottle of wine, which the waiter selected to complement our menu choices—perfect! The service was incredibly friendly and pleasant, making our evening truly special. We highly recommend it! We'd love to come back again.

25/03/2026: I went to this restaurant for dinner with my colleagues during a business trip to Dreux. The course meal was delicious, and the staff were very friendly; I was extremely satisfied. It's definitely a restaurant I'd like to visit again.

The main course was superb (three choice cuts of lamb) and the orange dessert was refreshing, a perfect balance of bitterness and freshness. The wine pairings were perfect. I highly recommend it.

The dishes are visually stunning, and the flavors are incredibly precise. You can feel the chef's passion in the kitchen and the professionalism in the dining room.

07/04/2026: A charming and cozy place with a small fireplace, just like home. The restaurant serves delicious Auvergne dishes (among others), perfect for enjoying after a good hike. I didn't try the hostel itself, but I visited the dormitory area and it looked very clean.
